Since I have started baking Madeleines, my husband loves me even more! To be honest, Madeleines are a very nice sweet snack and so easy to bake. It is a fracture of cost comparing to buying them in the store! Silicone is the best material for baking cups

This silicone mold is lightweight, easy to clean (dishwasher safe!), and the Madeleines popped right out! However, these are miniature molds and are basically bite size! I would recommend full size!

15 cavity, i guess it may be my fault for not checking dimensions, i assumed they were normal size but the 15 cavity mold are more bite sized than normal, read the measurements carefully.

This is my first time using silicone in baking. They work great for mini quiches and muffins. For muffins you want to fill them 3/4 full. For quiches fill all the way. The pan releases your baked goods easily without the need for added oil.

this is a good product, the Madeleines are very small, easy to bake don't forget to set on a baking sheet! They come out of the mould easy.

The material of the pan is easy to clean and holds the shape of the dessert well. They are affordable and easy to look at as well.
