It's great for it's price point.
It's a good replace mat for its price point. Not a magnetic as I would like. And a little bit of a tip if you turn the plate around between builds you can lease the effects of potential warping

Legit Originals
The originals are one of the best printing surfaces I have ever used (most consistent and does not require the need for glue or anything else). These work great and are very affordable in this package deal.

Easy replacement part
I bought this for 2 printers. One was a version 2 Ender 3 that had a glass bed. I put this on, adjusted the Z-stop, and I was printing again.For my other printer, the magnetic bed got damaged from a really bad printing session. This fixed it.

Raise the bed temperature!
Nothing in the literature suggested that we would need to raise the bed temperature to keep project attached to the print table. We had to raise the normal temperature 10 degree F.

Good upgrade for PLA printing
Prints stick well and seems durable.

Prints stick to it well, then not
After using these magnetic bed surfaces after a couple of weeks, it seems that filament doesn't stick to the surface (regardless of bed temperatures). Can't use glue or hair spray on the surface (it's rough like a flexible cast iron pan from Lodge). Not surprised that these would eventually fail, but not after 2 weeks.
