The item arrived promptly and was well packaged and it was easy to apply, but the problems started as soon as I put it on the phone!First, I think it's worth mentioning that it's what's called a dot matrix style screen protector, which means that there are a bunch of tiny dots on the sticky side of the protector, which are meant to make touch inputs much more responsive. Unfortunately, that isn't the case as after applying it, I noticed that it had now become really difficult to swipe down from the top of the screen to view notifications - now the gesture only works half of the time. Another disadvantage of this type of screen protector is that you get something called Newtonian rings – which is when it looks like an oil slick has been dropped on your phone. Not ideal. These rings showed up in the middle of my phone about a half hour after applying the protector and were pretty distracting when I was trying to use the phone.Keeping with the theme of oil slicks, it doesn’t seem that there’s much in terms of oil proof coatings on the protector either – fingerprints immediately show from even hilariously light touches and are really difficult to remove with a standard microfiber cloth.The final issue I had, that really made me annoyed, stemmed from the claims of the product being tempered glass – which was not at all what I experienced. I haven’t dropped the phone or really abused it at all – the worst trauma it’s experienced is being set down on my desk and then picked up again, and put in my pocket, so I was really surprised when I saw that the side of the protector has already started to chip. Not brilliant at all – especially as when the description states “industry-leading Japanese special processed glass”.Oneplus already apply a screen protector to your phone in the factory so it will arrive with a plastic one already applied, and from my experience with this protector, it’d be wise to stick with that one.

I gave it three stars because it has a rainbow effect. For those of you that don't know what that is, it is an air gap between the screen protector and your phone. This is because this screen protector doesn't have any adhesive in the clear part, rather only on the black boarders. This however, helps eliminate the halo effect which is an air gap around the boarders of the screen protector, which looks way worse in my opinion.Other than that, the only thing I did not like was the rough corners of the transparent part. The screen of the Oneplus 5T has amazing curved edges and this screen protector just ruins it. I makes it look jagged and cut-off.

It fits nice and installation was easy but for the picky user this is not a perfect one. Whilst it'll do it's job I'm sure of protecting the screen, it's at the expense of making the screen look a little dull, not as vibrant, almost like it's now an LCD screen with the blacks looking grey'ish and also a lot more reflective of light (whilst writing this review I can see myself in the screen in my room in daylight).

Goes on easily enough, however it doesn't have an oleophobic covering as there are fingerprints everywhere.The single most annoying thing is it gets scratched by anything and everything. Put it in your pocket and it gets scratched by your handkerchief, put it on the table and that gentle ladybird strumming along in the breeze deciding to take a brief rest on your phone will leave an imprint like a sledgehammer on a car windscreen.

Covers annextrememly annoying amount of the screen with black bars. In some apps I find myself rotating the screen to read bits. The glass should just curve off like the Samsung s7 tempered glass protectors I've seen

False advertisement "99% HD clarity with high responsive...", After Used all kinds of screen protector before over the last 10 years, this one is one of the worst, it is unlike other glass screen protector, it's not in full contact with the screen, there is no adhesive coating, very bad reflection & makes your phone unresponsive, waste of time, avoid

Good packaging and sticks well to the screen without affecting the touch sensitivity.Fits perfectly to the screen with precision outputs for sensors and camera etc

Followed the instructions to install the first one and ended up with a rainbow area in the central area of the screen. Then tried the second one and same thing happened again. This affects viewing when the screen is dark.
