The pump doesn't work in the slightest but balloons do their job. Just make sure to buy a different pump.

Insert a soda straw into the balloon and blow through the straw. Once we figured that out, I stopped passing out. And now even my kids can blow them up.Aside from being hard to inflate, these are perfect. Relatively durable and they make a good noise as they fly.

These balloons were terrible. I have a usual vendor I order really great quality twisting balloons from, but I was in a pinch to get these in a hurry. A friend decided at the last minute to have balloon hats at a wedding reception. I thought I had gold, but I didn’t. So, I ordered what would come in time. These were terrible. The color is pretty, but literally one out of every four I pulled out of the bag to use either had a hole in it, wouldn’t blow up as far as I needed it to (not all the way, mind you, only about 3/4 of the way for twisting), or they popped when I was blowing them up or twisting them! I’ve been doing this for two years now, and I was very VERY disappointed. I had to switch to yellow that I had on hand. I would not order these again and I suggest you do not either! I wish I could get my money back, but I did finally get about twenty of them to work. I threw the rest away.

The balloons are really cute colors. They do have a weird fine film or dust on them that smelled weird so had to wipe down ones that I gave to my toddler. The hand pump that it comes with barely worked so I had to get a different one, but other than that it’s a good deal for a bunch of balloons.
