Great packages, color is gorgeous. I love the consistency of the cream once mixed.

I saw where someone else had reviewed the muted rose and commented on how it basically did nothing. I assumed they didn’t know what they were doing and bought it anyway… And was incredibly wrong. So for a point of reference, I mixed the muted rose toner with 20 volume, left it in my hair for 15 minutes (I have fine, thin hair, so I normally tone for 10 minutes), and there was no discernible difference. Don’t waste your money. Wella usually makes an amazing toner, but this isn’t one of them.

I've been using this specific toner for about 5 months. I also use Clenditioner in Light Pink everytime I wash my hair, ( like once a week sometimes) and this color absolutely does show up...as you can see. The trick is to not get impatient and rinse it out too soon. If you leave it on for almost 45 minutes you'll get that color, my kids call it Strawberry Shortcake lol..Of course a lot depends on your hair. Mine is kinda dry and pretty fine, and it sucks up whatever I put on it prettyfast. I try to use a filler on the ends before the toner.This Wella brand does seem to wash out pretty quickly. I've used them ALL..t96, t98, the mint greens, sapphires etc. ..even White Lady t18 back in the day😂

Did absolutely nothing to my hair. Newly bleached hair and usually the wella toners work great but this one did absolutely nothing. No change whatsoever

Toner works great at removing brassiness, but did not turn my hair any shade of pink.

Wanted to tone my hair rose gold. This turned my pastel pink hair blonde.

Color doesn’t work, i have 9/10 blonde and it didn’t pick any of the rose up
