Although a sugar D-Mannose has little to no impact on blood sugar regulation. This is because it is filtered mostly through the kidneys and so is not metabolised like most sugars and so is an effective way to maintain a healthy bladder and urinary tract. Suggested directions: As a food supplement, take 1-3 capsules 3 times a day with water, depending on the level of support you need. Storage Directions: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight.

Worked for me within one day!
I was very dubious as to whether these would work to be honest. I had been suffering with a UTI for the best part of a year and had been prescribed antibiotics a few times over the course of the illness. The antibiotics would lessen the symptoms considerably but not get rid of the UTI completely.I'd had a look online to see what else I could do and came across some studies of D-Mannose being effective in reducing numbers of some types of bacteria - Including ones that cause the majority of UTIs - So I thought I would try it for myself (please do this research yourself though, I'm not in any way a medical professional and you should decide for yourself if you believe those studies or not!).The detailed product description, other helpful reviews and a company that seems to have a good ethos persuaded me to try this brand over others and I wasn't disappointed! After about 3 doses of 3 capsules, my symptoms had reduced considerably and the next day I took 3 doses but just 2 capsules this time. On the third day, and each day after, I've been taking 2 capsules twice a day (I will reduce this to 2-3 capsules once a day very soon). My symptoms kept reducing and for a few days now I have been symptom free!As we know in this day and age, the use of antibiotics needs to be reduced due to resistance increase of these bugs therefore I commend the manufacturer for releasing such an efficient product and I will continue to buy and use it in the future!

Goodbye painful suffering, quick and effective for UTIs
Absolutely delighted with this product which had been recommended to me by a friend. Had tried other similar products in past but didn't notice much effect. I have always needed antibiotics to clear cystitis but on this occasion I could feel a difference within a few hours after my first dose. Will continue taking for another day or so to be sure that my symptoms clear but am confident that they will. Will be recommending this product to any of my friends who suffer too.

As advertised. Keeps UTIs away. Please note that it took 5 x days though for this to get through into my system to start working properly though, and needs then to be taken on a daily basis otherwise you will get your UTIs back, especially if you have suffered Cauda Equina as I have

I found that I had a very dry mouth after a week of taking the tablets but it only lasted for about a week and it is now fine. Seems to be doing the job of keeping quite bad urine infections away. I was told to take this product by the doctor at our main hospital but the only way to buy it was online. I'm not sure how older people with no access to a computer will get on and have passed this concern to the admin team at the hospital.
