The most responsive seller, I have ever dealt with in my life. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The jacket is beautiful and definitely comfortable whether it will withstand the cold weather only time will tell.On receiving my jacket, I realized the zipper was partially broken and refused to move and would get stuck if at all it moved slightly.Also, since I did not receive the belt, I was slightly disheartened.I generally don't try to return the products unless I really really have to. Notified the seller and he agreed to send me a replacement. I was quite surprised when he did not initiate the return of the first jacket although I have no idea what I will do with an extra jacket whose zipper does not work. Will give it to someone needy who can use it as an additional protection.Nevertheless, I am extremely grateful for the seller's sweet gesture and in future will definitely place more orders with him.
