These socks were very comfortable and light, and did great for our 8 mile hike. No soggy socks, even after hiking in some rain.

Once I thought paying so much for individual socks was utter madness! Now, I am a loyal Darn Tough sock consumer. Every paycheck is dedicated to purchasing one pair until I obtain a weeks worth of each variation. Comfortable cushioning without issues of overheating or sweaty feet. LOVE THESE SOCKS. I wear them for hiking and daily. If I must wear another sock, I am digusted with their inferiority.

Pricy but worth it! These kept my feet dry and while backpacking and wearing them more than one day, had no odor! Amazing.

I already own the identical pair of these in the shorter version. I've been looking for the crew version for a while and finally stumbled on them. They worked perfectly in colorado hiking. Love these!

My budget is tight, however if I could afford to spend $25+ on one pair of socks, I'd order at least one pair for each day of the week. By far my favorite sock for cooler/cold weather. Wear them with any and every type of shoe. Literally my favorite piece of winter clothing. Soooooo wish I could afford to buy more.

I wear mine to work and the added cushion and support is so great! I also have very stinky feet and these help tremendously with moisture therefore helping with the smell! I’m buying more to wear for each shift!

I will admit, I was skeptical when first buying these. How could a sock actually be “cushioned?” Well…. Then I tried them on! They’re actually cushioned in the bottoms. It feels like your foot has little comfy pillows underneath, supporting your entire foot. Doesn’t feel bulky in your shoe or put pressure on one spot or another on the bottom of your foot after walking in them.As someone who works outside and hikes around all day every day, these are a great treat.

I was never gotten sores on my feet from hiking while wearing these socks. Comfy and keep my feet dry.

I have tried so many women’s hiking socks it is hard to recall the brands. Smartwool, icebreaker, Helly Hansen and on the list gies. These socks are not cheap but they work. Be careful when selecting the weight of the wool. Some socks they make are for “light hiking” so tgey are great for spring and summer. Their heavy hiking socks work really well with a sturdy pull on boot. And their kneehigh socks - in the heavy weight- are do warm that I can wear them inside my Hunter Boots in the winter and tgey keep me toasty warm on the WEST coast. The socks wash beautifully in the washer and don’t shrink. I have socks from 5 yrs ago and they show no signs of wear.I wish Darn Tough woukd make mittens and gloves! I have yet to find a perfect pair of mitts. The Smartwool were too thin and developed holes in weeks. The icebreaker ones didn’t fit properly and were also not warm enogh. But at least I have found the perfect socks!

They seems to be a very nice and sturdy pair of socks, but their size is too off. Unfortunately the bigger size wasn't available.Big Plus: lifetime warranty from the producer.

Absolute quality. Love them and lasting. Super soft and no blisters unless on the 15mile hikes but i am a new hiker so it can be my feet arent tough enough. Regardless no rubbing and would purchase again.
