Quality Gravity Water Filter Tank and Affordable!
So far, so good! We live in east central Texas and our water is horrible. There are doctors in town that warn patients about the high sodium content in our water. It's awful. I did extensive research into gravity fed water systems and landed on the Waterdrop King Tank. We were impressed with the third party testing and certifications that Waterdrop has for their products (only found two that had this). This system was really easy to assemble. Really straight forward and everything felt like great quality! The spigot itself was so heavy you can tell its fully metal and well made. The filters were easy to soak. I will admit, priming them wasn't the funnest thing but honestly if that what someone would complain about, they are just lazy! Its really not that bad. You only have to prime it for 60 seconds. The water filters through very quickly. Which we hope is not a sign of poor filtration but according to their testing, it must work well. I had my first glass of water from it last night and it was incredible to have a glass of water that did NOT taste like a salty swimming pool. And no chlorine aftertaste. I'll be making our own stand to save money but even without it looks really nice on our counters. The 2.25 gallons will work well for my family of four in hot Texas. Especially since it filters so quickly. Can't be done until I mention price. We happened to catch it on sale which is what made our final decision. You just can't beat getting a third party tested system that OUT PERFORMS Berkey and is a fourth of the cost. Plus the filter replacement price is unbeatable when comparing literally all of the other brands we looked at and those (all but one) were not even third party tested and certified. All to say, very satisfied and would probably recommend this to a lot of people.

Works well, stand IS included
Purchased this for part-time use in our RV. Easy to set up, but takes a while since you have to run a full amount of water through 2-3 times before drinking, should have set it up before we left home when we had easier access to water. It works well, doesn't leak, water is good. Only drawback is that we have to take it apart for travel, it doesn't fit assembled in our pantry. If not using for more than 3 days, you need to clean it and take the filters out to dry before storage. Cleaning it is really easy, filters took a few days to completely dry here in Colorado. Overall, a nice alternative to bottled water or a more expensive 3-part filtering system. NOTE: Based on other reviews and not finding it noted for the product, I got a stand, but it DOES come with a stand so I returned it.

Noticeable Taste Improvement FOR REAL!!
I could actually tell a difference in the taste of the water, which was a nice surprise. It’s still pretty early to fully judge long-term performance(bought it recently), but so far it seems to be working just fine. Setup was straightforward, and it does what it’s supposed to do without any issues. (I’ve used a Waterdrop sink filter in the past, so I already had some trust in the brand, so far so good) No leakage at all, and it filters water in a pretty decent amount of time. It looks good too(Had to say it)

Good tasting water for a reasonable price
I purchased this because it was not as expensive as some of the others. I owned a Berkey at one time but I just could not tolerate the residual taste of the filters that remained in the water. This water is absolutely tasteless and refreshing. I bought it because I wanted to remove fluoride and chloride in the water and other contaminates. I used water testing strips and it showed that it totally removes the chlorine, but because our city does not add fluoride our water, the other filters were not necessary. Unfortunately, I did not look specifically for plastics and pharmaceuticals and that was on me. I will buy different filters in the future. I love this gravity filter. I had a countertop electric filter and it leaked all the time. What a pleasure not to find water all over my counter every time I use it! It was very easy to assemble following the video online and it is absolutely the perfect size for my needs. I am extremely pleased with this unit and will send one to my daughter to filter her nasty tasting water.

Quality filtered water
I have been using this for months now and it works really well. It did have slight leaking if I fill it max and that can be frustrating. Overall, I just want quality water and this does that

Turn chlorine city water into pure tasteless odorless drinkable water
After moving from a house with well water to a house with city water, it seemed like we had chlorine water. The smell and taste was overpowering. We installed a water filter under the sink, but we could still taste the chlorine. We order this gravity water filter system and it completed removed the smell and taste! Miracle worker. Made water drinkable again!

Waterdrop gravity filter system does not produce safe drinking water
I never leave reviews but felt that this is important to let people know. I purchased this item for my family because I thought we would have healthy drinking water. The water tasted good so did not think anything of it. After having it for months, I tested the water with a TDS Meter - a water quality tester. The result was 282 which indicated poor drinking water, not recommended. I thought maybe it was because the filters needed to be changed. I changed the filters and tested the water again. The result was 254 with the brand new filters. This is still poor drinking water. The range for poor drinking water is 151-300 ppm. I contacted Waterdrop and was told that the Waterdrop gravity system is designed to reduce chlorine and improve taste but it is not designed to reduce TDS - totally dissolved solids. I told them that I'm disappointed because their product does not produce safe drinking water. Check your options before purchasing this water filter system.

The company is awesome
I had a bit of a rough start while putting this together due to a couple of missing pieces, but with the company’s help we were able to get everything resolved quickly. I have to say, Waterdrop has excellent customer service. They truly listened to my concerns, turned the situation around, and even offered to send a thoughtful complimentary gift. Two of my friends already use the Waterdrop system and spoke very highly of it, which is what encouraged me to order one myself. Now that I’ve been using it, I can honestly say I’m very happy with my purchase. In my experience, it performs much better than a Brita filter system. If you are considering purchasing the water drop system, the one that is about $200 does not have a stand just an FYI. But I’m pretty sure you can order one through the company. Thank you, water drop for creating such an amazing product!!!

Decent
Love it although there were solder marks on the inside near the spout hole which could potentially rust
