I love this. I got it for myself to give me something fun to do in the evenings. However, it does come rolled up and that is a bit annoying as it then has creases in it which makes it a bit more difficult to do. It doesn’t bother me much though. Would definitely recommend for someone just looking for something to do in the evenings.

…it has all the pitfalls of a very cheap diamond painting set.First of all, it comes really tightly rolled up. I unrolled it and pressed it under books and have been doing it for 2 weeks and it still has some pretty bad crinkles in it. This annoys me because I like to put them in display folders and this one is going to look rubbish.Secondly, some of the gems are mid-shapen and different sizes. There was some cross-contamination of colours in the wrong bags, not much but enough that I noticed.Thirdly, as is the case with all really cheap diamond paintings, you are basically sticking the gems to sticky back plastic. I often get cheaper sets, but not usually quite this cheap. The sticky bit is just not quite sticky enough. Gems shift and often fall off when you are transporting the picture from one table to another. This is really annoying. I suggest if you do this one and want to keep it that you set the gems with some over glue from a hobby shop or some kind of resin, because the stick will disappear with time so without this the picture can’t be kept or displayed long term.That being said - it is under £5 at the time of review. Hence the 4 star rating because you literally get what you pay for. You can’t expect a good quality set for this price. It does come with everything you need to get started, apart from some boxes to store your gems. The picture is cute and true to the advertising and the numbers are clearly labelled. There seems to be enough gems to complete the picture too. So for an older child or a beginner wanting to try diamond painting it is ideal, but if you collect your completed paintings or do them often, there’s probably better ones out there.
