Great as a gift or like me bought for myself as I love the smell of a peated fire, only downside is it can be hard to light from time to time which can be annoying, but when it goes is Defos fills the room with a great scent

Bought a few of these for my friends that recently returned from Scotland and Ireland.They all said they miss that great earthy smell of burning peat.Not any more!

This reminds me of living in the Highlands, the smell of peat takes me right back there. Beautiful product.great wee shop in linlithgow.

Purchased this as a present for my mum. This is a lovely gift for those who yearn for 'the good old days' of peat fires. One thing I'd suggest is to cut the blocks of peat that are supplied in half as they can be a bit overpowering if you burn a whole one in its entirety.

The plus side of this purchase is that the item is fine, as is the seller's communication, what is not good is delivery by Royal Mail. If buying from this seller please factor in at least 3 or 4 extra days to allow for RM. It took 8 days to travel 18 miles!

Lovely insense burner ceramic house. A perfect addition to my train garden and looks exactly like the homes I saw in the Scotland during my visit. Well worth the wait, and the vendor was very prompt and helpful in tracking my shipment.
