Good Mattress and excellent delivery by Amazon
The mattress was delivered in immaculate condition, with an external cover. The specification and the descriptions were exactly the same as mentioned on the web site. Special kudos to the Amazon delivery team who made the delivery as the product was heavy and required proper handling. The delivery staff was very polite and professional in handling such heavy products.

quality check not ensured.
Stitches are loose. Threads have come out. Manufacturing defect. Non returnable. But replaceable. Due to its big size, transportation is not easy. Having these issues in mind, the manufacturing unit should have ensured checking. The mistake was noticed only after opening the package.

Best buy in this range.
Mattress is quite hard and that helped for back pain related issues and it’s 5 inch. For more comfort better go with 6 inch.
