Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM, Quiet Fan, 4-Pin, 1200 RPM (140mm, Grey)

Build quality is excellent, with a solid feel and attention to detail you’d expect from Noctua. Installation was straightforward, and the included low-noise adapter means it’s even quieter if you don’t need full speed. Compared to more generic case fans, the NF-P14s feels like a premium part without a huge price jump. The design might be a bit plain if you’re going for RGB flair, but for pure performance and silence, it’s hard to beat.

Performance The Redux range of fans aims to have something available for everyone. They come in multiple sizes, all with 3-pin and 4-pin options and their unique design allows them to offer a great deal of airflows with the least amount of noise they can. Obviously, the higher the RPM, the noisier the fan will be but unfortunately for us, smaller fans will need this to output a sufficient amount of air. The Redux range is also designed to help cool cases and/or radiators thanks to their unique design. During my testing, I was blown away by the amount of airflow they created and the 120/140mm fans while audible, weren’t overly noisy or irritating. Noctua is known for performance and the Redux range is nothing short of Noctua’s reputation. Design Noctua took fans concerns over their original colour scheme into mind and as such, the consumer market was offered the Redux range of fans which as we have seen, are grey on grey and come in multiple sizes. One of the things I was happy to see was a round version of the 140mm and while it would have been nice to see something similar in the smaller sizes, it’s understandable why Noctua didn’t make those as well. The Redux range is designed to Noctua’s high-standards and come backed by a 6-year warranty if you had any concerns about Noctua’s engineering. Value These are definitely not the cheapest fans on the market and we wouldn’t want them to be. When you make cheaper more budget stuff, something has to get cut somewhere and it is normally the quality of the product. Noctua products offer good value for the money through their amazing performance, which again, is backed by a 6-year warranty. Value is very subjective as I always say, but as long as you don’t take it to mean budget than the Noctua Redux fans offer great value, plain and simple. Great replacement for the original "quiet fans" that came with my pc case. The originals sounded like a Chinook taking off while I was rendering video, these Noctua fans barely speed up while performing the same task. Very quiet.

I used two of these to replace a pair of Corsair SP140 LED fans in my NZXT S340, having already replaced the exhaust and CPU cooler fan (Hyper 212 Evo) with similar 120mm Noctua Redux fans a few months ago. No more whine or vibration noise, in fact no noise at all even when running near max. They might not have any flashy lights, but the two-tone grey look is really nice and will fit well with almost any colour scheme. My GPU temps have dropped by 5C as these fans move serious air even at lower RPMs. I couldn't be happier. If you want a silent computer without compromising on cooling performance, these are a no brainer. Sure they are more expensive than some other fans, but you get what you pay for. I will probably run these until they break, which I doubt they ever will. Noctua have certainly earned their reputation in my eyes.

The fan is very well built and has a very nice two tone grey finish. In operation, subjectively, the fans are very quiet. As with any fans it does get audibly loud at and near the maximum RPM. The bearings seem to be of very high quality as I can see this fan keep spinning long after other fans from different manufacturers have stopped when I switch off the PC. The screws which came with the fan seems to have some sort of deformity - two of the four were impossible to fit - and are of very poor quality. Not sure why Noctua decided to cut corners here as it is a fly in the ointment for what would otherwise have been an excellent package. (I have instead mounted the fan using Akasa's rubber fan mounts.) The item arrived promptly from the manufacturer / distributor in a well padded envelope.

Noctua has apparently a legendary reputation when it comes to quiet, efficient performance - and I can see why! These fans are noticeably quieter than the ones that came with my computer, and the colouring is worlds ahead of Noctua's usual range of "disgusting brown" fans. This Redux fan has two advantages over Noctua's normal range from what I see: - The colour of them is awesome and fits in with my build much better - The pricing is a lot more acceptable - while some users want the best of the best, I'm not prepared to sell my soul for Noctua's top of the range fans... Overall, you get the quality and reliability of Noctua's fans, without the huge price tag. Works for me!

Installed with anti vibration pads as exhaust fans. I am disappointed that they were louder than I expected consider Noctua are best in the industry. They are louder than my 10yr 1850rpm Gentle Typhoons.

Ich hatte im Vorfeld schon viel Gutes über die Gehäuselüfter von Noctua gehört. Dementsprechend waren die Erwartungen sehr hoch und was soll ich sagen sie wurden absolut erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Es ist fast unwirklich wie leise die Lüfter arbeiten. Wenn man nicht gerade die maximale Drehzahl einstellt sind sie eigentlich gar nicht wahrnehmbar. Und bei voller Drehzahl hört man im Grunde auch nur einen leisen Luftstrom. Der Luftdurchsatz ist sehr ordentlich, sodass zwei dieser Lüfter für mein Gehäuse und Anwendungsfall (Casual Gaming) vollkommen ausreichen. Auch wenn es sich hierbei schon um das Budgetmodell von Noctua handelt, ist der Preis natürlich nicht gering. Hinsichtlich des Luftdurchsatzes gibt es einige deutlich günstige Modelle/Marken die das gleiche Ergebnis erzielen. Wenn man aber Wert auf ein leises System legt, dann lohnt sich der höhere Preis auf jeden Fall. Ein kleines Manko ist meines Erachtens jedoch das Kabel. Dieses könnte definitiv etwas länger sein. Alles in allem kann ich die Lüfter aber nur empfehlen.

Noctua çok ayrı bir kalite kamyon gibi çalıştığından başka odaya koyduğum render bilgisayarımı tekrar odama getirebildim. Noctua sayesinde çoğu kasayla birlikte gelen fanlarin sadece görüntü için oraya konulduğunu anladım. Belki benimle aynı sorunu yaşayan birileri vardır diye yazıyorum, eğer benim gibi cooler master gibi düşük seviye bir sıvı sogutucunuz varsa ve fan sesinden sikayetciyseniz sıvı sogutucunuzun fanlarini bu fanlarla değiştirebilirsiniz.
