Was looking for Eco replacements for 60w incandescent candle bulbs in ceiling lights (each taking 2 bulbs that get hot and swallow electricity).Difficult to find a 60w equivalent LED's and these 7w LED's were the largest output candles I could find that were a similar physical size to the original incandescent bulbs. The manufacturers claim only 560 Lumen output (a 60w incandescent normally gives out c.800 lumens) but the actual brightness belies the manufacturers low claim.Nearly a 9x saving in power consumption, don't get anywhere near as hot and a good match for a 60w equivalent 'old money' bulb - the light is instant into the bargain unlike dismal CFL's. Recommend on price as well at four for £12 (free postage).Delivery from Strictly Lamps by Royal Mail signed for - ordered on Sunday pm, arrived early Wednesday - excellent service.

These LED bulb are exceptionally good.This is my second order only to keep as spare as I have previously bought 8 for 2 candleabra's in the dining room and kitchen. They are as bright as the old Halogen bulbs and give a nice warm light without shadows !If they last as long as is claimed ( 30,000 Hrs ) then that is one hell of a saving.I am very pleased with these bulbs,also there is no flickering and the light is instant.

I've used these bulbs for just over a year. Great energy efficient LED bulbs which I have on bedside table lamps. One of the bulbs has just starting flickering really badly that I have to turn off the lamp instantly. I swapped the bulbs over in case it was the lamp that was the problem and it flickered just the same. The bulb in the other lamp is absolutely. Would have been great value for money had I not needed to replace a bulb after 14 months.

Bulbs delivered promptly. Very good light at a fraction of the energy of conventional bulbs.

Hopefully, by the time you read this, the error will have been rectified. These are non- dimmable but we’re advertised as dimmable in one of the header texts.Plugged one in and it flickered, so then I read non- dimmable on the back of the box.3 stars may be unfair BUT both Amazon & supplier should take responsibility for their ads and not just pocket the money without bothering!

LED lamps save so much power, these 7Watt candle bulbs give out the same light as standard 60 Watt. It is also a nice warm white colour. The price of LED lamps has come down a lot recently making them very affordable, they work out at only £3 each. They look a decent bit of kit and emit a pleasant light. Easy enough to fit.Q: How many husbands does it take to fit a light bulb?A: None any housewife can do it if they really want to.The joy of these LED bulbs is that the fitting they are in needs a ladder to get too and because there are two in each fitting having to disappear into the garage to change a bulb will be a less frequent occurrence.
