Poor quality. Seal on cap was defective and the bag filled with water releasing sand all over our pool. Customer service was unhelpful.

Exactly as described. I had originally bought a two pack to use to hold down our pool stairs however our steps came with a built in weight in the steps so we are using them filled halfway with water to secure our winter pool cover with them on the ground and tied the pool cover to them with rope. Bought four more to use the rest of the way around the pool. Very thick and sturdy and easy to use. Seems to be of excellent quality.

I ordered the pack of 4 bags. 3 of them are working perfectly. The last bag has a tear part way on the seam. Received them May 22nd and didn't open them until June 4th. The 3 good ones are already in use in the pool, so there's no returning them. Overall, a great produt, just disappointed I have to buy another bag.
