This cutter is an amazing time saver, and it cuts circles perfectly! You have to learn a few tricks, however, as it behaves differently with different kinds of paper, and with different cutting surfaces. To give you an example, I often cut circles of parchment paper, and for that I need to use a glass mat to ease the cutting and some paper springs to fix the paper the best I can. As soon as you adapt to it, it'll perform wonders!

This is easy and fun to use. The instructions are clear. It was well packaged and arrived when it was supposed to.

Saves a lot of time and more pleasing to the eye than circles cut with scissors!! Safe area for blade to sit when not in use and blade is easy to replace. Must have flat hard surface to work on.

Glad I bought this here at half price of well known craft shopping channel because its not even worth what I paid for it. There r better circle cutters out there. I bought this because it cuts up to 12inch circles but its not a fuss free process. Wouldn't recommend.

C'est un produit facile à utiliser, car tous les éléments sont solides et les lames coupent vraiment bien. Il y a des lames de rechange qui sont situées à l'intérieur du capuchon. Les lames se retirent facilement pour assurer plus de sécurité lorsque l'on ne l'utilise pas. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat et je le recommande pour ceux et celles qui veulent découper de gros cercles précis et rapidement.

Watch out! These blades are super sharp! Used this cutter to make paper garlands for a party, and had to cut hundreds of circles out of thick colored paper. At first the plastic shaft that holds the blades kept bending and breaking on me, but it turns out i was pushing way too hard when cutting. I ordered 2 sets of replacement blades just in case but once i got the hang of it i didn't bend another blade. The top does tend to unscrew after you cut a bunch of circles, but this was a pretty minor annoyance considering the time this thing saved me. Took only seconds per circle! Very worth it for big craft projects!
