i have been having problems in my scalp since i was 15 , for 15 years...and only herbal , very well mixed products worked with me..yet they are so hard to find. This one is excellent, excellent excellent, never harsh, not chemical , very gentle on the scalp, i recommend it very highly. it is sad you cannot find it in other countries..if i stop it for two weeks or so , i feel my scalp is dying.. another good tip is add some drops of tea tree oil to your shampoo bottle or to your hand and mix it with the shampoo when you wanna wash your hair..and focus on the scalp, esp if you run out of this shampoo. thank you home health:)

This arrived with much of the contents spilled inside the package. The lid was on but loose. A mess. But the scent was not bad and I did use it one time as there was still about half a bottle. I can't really remark much yet whether I like it this product but it seems to do a good job. It wasn't super expensive but I did call Amazon and let them know what happened. They were very nice and refunded my money since it can't be returned. Even if I really like this product, I am nervous about reordering given the shipping issues. The Amazon rep said they would try to make sure this did not happen again.

Psoriasis - those who live with Eczema or Psoriasis this is the wash to use. I searched for years until, I ordered this for as another product to try. I've used this for 10 years now. The smell is OK, the company removed an inactive ingredient a few years back which makes the product smell less like orange, but the active ingredients are the same. I have 3 bottles. 1. Shower 2. Sink 3. (3)Teenage children all use this as well to wash their TEEN acne faces because it is gentle on their skin, & eyes, even with 2% Salicylic acid

This product contains a smaller amount of ingredients as the prescription med that I take for my psoriasis. It's important to know that psoriasis in particular is an autoimmune disease, like arthritis. It acts like cancer in that it goes into remission from time to time. From what I've observed of psoriasis over time, it comes and goes without much reason. I did read that it is somewhat influenced by stress. Saying that, by only reporting on a review that "it works" doesn't tell the user/potential buyer much. This product is not meant as a cure. There is no cure for psoriasis yet, so all you can do for the disease is treat the symptoms. I have used this on my hands, where most of my psoriasis is, and it's ok. Not stellar, not horrible, and help maybe a little bit. For really bad cases, though, I prefer the prescription lotion with the salicylic acid in it to this product. For other skin disorders, it may be useful. A reviewer should point out which skin disorder they are using this product for. Prescription items for psoriasis don't smell very good, but when you have a serious case of psoriasis, who cares? This item smells like medicine. I prefer it that way rather than using something with a lot of perfume in it because it may cause its own allergic reaction on already sensitive skin. So I don't consider how it smells an issue. Overall, my opinion after using this product over 6 months is, "meh." I probably won't buy this again.

I don't have a skin condition but can't do without this product during chigger season. To prevent them from getting on you, rub it on your ankles and lower legs before going outside. Once they get on you and you feel the first itch, dab a little on the place where the chigger is imbedded. Usually I only need one application. Occasionally I have to apply it a second time to get the itching to stop. I've been using it for this purpose for years.

A great old fashion product that really helps with all types of skin irritation - not just psoriasis. It has a medicinal odor - not offensive, but not my first choice, either. Use it instead of soap and/or shampoo. It doesn't leave your hair greasy, but your skin will feel a lot less dry. With continued use even stubborn irritations can be significantly reduced. I have been recommending this for decades and I still do recommend it!

I have noticed a difference and the shampoo does help. Not the best smelling so I mix it with a good smelling conditioner.
