Are the 22mm typically for bath taps?

I don’t think they would fit a bath tap unless it’s a vey small spout. These fit the swan neck style kitchen taps.

Do you measure inside or out

Inside. Advise you email makers a photo of your tap to confirm model. They respond very quickly. Or alternatively they have a very good website. I purchased one size for the basen tap and one seperate size for the bath. They worked a treat. Take your time.
