Sudha Murthy books are worth buying reading... KIDS Just LOVES READING her books.I like the simple story line... Down to earth & simple life potrait... No shiny things & big moral values.9+yrs kids can read & understand story.... Again can read the same at age 12-13 .... Different prospects they will get.

Good for kids..even many adults may enjoy this simple yet heartwarming writing style of Sudha Murty mam..but what I would like to add is the first book and story was more interesting, packed-up, thrilling..and adventurous..than this one

I would recommend readers to read magic of the lost temple first and then proceed with this book
