What a super little box, but why oh why did some brain dead numpty stick a pointless label onto the box under some equally pointless plastic shrink wrap with industrial double sided sticky tape? After half a wasted hour of scrubbing and scraping all my boxes still have a visible sticky residue on the sides, and nothing I have in my array of cleaning materials touches this stuff. Whatever was going through the tiny mind of the witless moron who decided that this was a good idea?The only answer will be to rub these down with some very fine sandpaper then oil or wax the sides, or better still, don't glue stuff onto wooden surfaces that you can't remove. Totally ruined a very useful box by total lack of anything resembling sensible thought.

Really really nice box, looks great on desk. Have two. Lovely bamboo, not plastic - all good.I guess just as they're 'leaving the factory' some numbnut thinks its a good idea to glue the card label to the lovely box. Took me 30 mins of hard scrubbing to get the glue off and you can see the light sheen finish has been damaged a little as a result.5/5 for the box, 3/5 overall for the 'experience'(nb. 47mm internal usable height, 63mm external height)

I wanted a small box to keep loose tea samples in which would fit on a kitchen wall cabinet shelf, the depth of which is approx 25cm. I wanted something that looked good and that wasn't plastic. This box fits the bill perfectly and I'm very happy with it.Nice and smooth, good colour. If you bought two or more you would be able to stack them: there is a corresponding piece on the bottom (can't think what to call it but it's not visible on the photos) to ensure they would fit onto the internal rim.The tea packets (which are about 12cm width and 17 cm tall) fit into the box: neither too wide nor too narrow. I could wish that the sides were two or three centimeters higher but that's nit-picking. Anything with higher sides was also too long for the shelf depth.

Fits perfectly in the little niche the builder made for me in the bathroom.

These boxes are a nice small size, I bought them for my new desk to organise my stationary. Upon closer inspection, one of the boxes had a kind of...wood splinter coming off one side which has left the item looking unfinished. There is also notable glue on some areas. One box fits the other better than the other, I can fit them both on top of each other however and this is a nice feature. The only reason I'm keeping is because I already had plans to sand them down and paint otherwise I would have been slightly disappointed by the quality.

I bought one of these. It fitted a space perfectly so I ordered four more the same day. Packaging was exactly as before except that a different adhesive was used to affix the paper labels. The first one cleaned up easily. getting the adhesive off these was a nightmare. Having achieved that, it turns out that these are ~4mm longer than the first one and so will not stack with it (the dimensions of the first was exactly as listed - the second delivery is oversize.)

As you can see I have the messiest of bathroom cabinets. The cabinets are the issue as just too slim to really put any thing on them without it falling off!! Racked my brains on a solution ..other than throw the stuff out ! However, came across these nice slim boxes ..so things don't fall out. They are well.made and sturdy and I can lift the box out if I need to peek in. Thickness is great ..it's not going to fall apart and keeps my shelves clean and organized.

Lovely boxes bought for our boat, but if you buy any, be aware you'll be cleaning glue off for hours.For reasons I cannot fathom, the factory has decided to glue a paper label to each box, underneath the plastic wrapping...I used specialist glue remover and it still took 5 mins...each side...and I bought 4 boxes!
