E26 E27, Edison Screw to GU10 Bayonet Base Adapter, Set of 2

I purchased these adapters because the bulb that I purchased had a GU10 connector. I'm new at this and was surprised then I realized that adapters are available. I purchased the Edison adapter which worked very well. It has the look and feel of a quality product and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommended.

Good adapter, works

Original Order: after looking at similar items from other sellers i was concerned for the price i may end up with something made out of plastic. great idea for a recessed can conversion from a 30w incandescent flood to a gu-10 50w halogen in a gimbal replacement trim without any rewiring or modification to the existing 4" insulation rated can.Update 7/24/13: ordered two more pair of these and the ones I got this time are porcelain inside the socket and plastic on the outside. you win some, you lose some.Update 12/21/13: I noticed the light bulbs were sitting at an odd angle so i tried to remove them. Since the last sets I had ordered were made of plastic on the outside they melted and the socket fell down. I posted some customer photos (should be at right above the customer review summaries). At this point i have rated it one (1) star. I have since ordered some that are  GU10 to E26/E27 Adapter Lamp Holder Socket K513 .These plastic kind will hold up to LEDs but don't even consider them for incandescent/halogen.

I am thankful for this seller as the price and quality is hard to match. The workmanship is top notch and the delivery was relatively fast considering they are arriving from abroad (China). They fit the GU10 bulbs perfectly and now I can use GU10 bulbs in regular sockets (E26,E27).

works with LED spot light bulb and has lots of light for Low wattage

Once I plugged in a GU10 - 50watt bulbs into these units, and installing into a 4" recessed can light,along with the trim these 6 units melted, smoked, and would have burnt my house down if i was not in the room working on other items. Within 60 minutes of installing, all 6 of them had melted.I will never use an adapter again. plain and simple.Please see photos.

One adapter was missing connector at base of adapter, rendering it useless. The other adapter works as it should. Would not order again.

Aside from taking two weeks to be shipped from China, that's still faster than almost anything else I've gotten from Asia. The adapter works exactly like it's supposed to and was very inexpensive. I even have an extra one now if I ever need it.Everybody wins! 😄👍🏻
