Will this fit insulin pens?

Yes, it is large enough to fit glucagon and needles along with strips and alcohol wipes.

Is this case too big to fit in your pocket? A lot of the reviews mention throwing the case in a purse or a bag. My son is 13 and now carries his pen

Yes it is too big for a pocket. Can be clipped to a belt but it is a large case. I fit 3 epi pens, inhaler and bottle of Benadryl.

Where does the ice pack fit? And what size?
