Newer brand to the mitigation market, but don’t let the lower price and the fact that it’s sold on Amazon fool you. Having 13 years in the mitigation business and having used all of the top name brands, this unit and brand 100% holds its on in the market! Easy to operate and move in and out of job sites. We will be adding several more to our fleet!!

I’ve tried everything and app doesn’t work. Three tries and 3 hours of my life wasted. Checked many different help pages on the company site. Watched 5 videos. Sick of trying and I’ve given up. I have physical limitations so I can’t repack this and send it back.I will add that the actual dehumidifier function is excellent. A good product. But the app is a train wreck.

I am impressed with the design and weight of this dehumidifier. I was nervous at first due to the price but so far the dehumidifier has performed as advertised. It also has 2 wheels that make it easier to move and put away when not needed. It is very worth the price and will recommend it to my family.

I manage a 167 condominium complex the building is quite old and we get leaks from toilets, sinks, and pin holes in the pipes in the walls. When disaster strikes, we shut off the water, but if the problem happened on the 8th floor, by the time we get the water shut off, 4 or 5 floors would be flooded. Before we got this dehumidifier, we'd mop and vac as much as we could and then the former manager would put out small dehumidifiers to evaporate the moisture in the units. He'd have to come back several times a day to empty out the units.With this device, I set it up in the worst flooded residence and run the discharge hose into a drain. What I really like is that I can set it up so that I can monitor it on my cell phone and adjust the humidity level for whatever I want and turn it on and off as I see fit.It's easy to move around even when the device is completely full. We have elevators, but there is one wing that can only be accessed by stairs. This device moves easily up and down those stairs.The price is very reasonable for what you get, I've priced these at other manufacturers for twice the price that this is listed at. You won't be disappointed with this dehumidifier. It's saved me time and time is money.

Using for some water damage work, starts working really quick, the team says its really great and easy to get going too. Would buy another as more jobs come through.

I love the smart feature and it is a big unit it does the job nicely.

I like the amount of the CFM's it has and the digital display. I love the wifi app and being able to control it from my phone or tablet.
