Can you use incontinence pads with these pants

I really am starting to lose hope with answers to some of these questions. To answer the question, yes you can use incontinence pads with these pants and doing so will make life much more comfortable for the wearer (in most, if not all cases). It's not like me to write this - how does writing, "Not needed" help anyone? I'm a carer and most, if not all, of the other carers I know wouldn't dream of using these waterproof pants without some type of incontinence pad or adult nappy (absorbent briefs) - it would be very uncomfortable for the wearer without.

Hi. Did you eventually find any that you could use for swimming??

I am not aware of any specifically for swimming. I would imagine these would offer some protection if worn under swimwear but they are not designed for this. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Do these lose their waterproofness after a while?

I am sorry I do not know. Two pairs remain unborn and the third was thrown away. The leg holes cut off the blood and they are very uncomfortable. Much better are Vivactive pants from Age UK or Drylife pants from the Incontinence Shop (and Amazon). I wear these at night with a Tena maxi slip and they are a good combination.
