ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!
Do not waste your money on this product, it fell apart the second I filled it and put it on the tree. It ends up on the floor in pieces. Total waste of money

Works well once up and secured safely and keeps the food good and lets birds feed
Wet get a lot of small birds in our garden so have a couple of other feeders already but I wanted another one and this is being visited often mostly by robins. I found it a bit of a struggle to find a decent angle to hang it with the way the hanging rods go into the feeder - it's quite a tight squeeze and I wouldn't put it on the end of a branch where it could eventually blow off the end. So, I used a zippy tie to put around the hanger and it's much better on a large part of the tree where it can not be blown off.I've seen lots of robins coming to feed so they are definitely using it and as I put hot pepper pellets in there (as we get a lot of squirrels to try to get regular bird food) we haven't had any squirrels trying to break into it :)It looks very nice and fits in well with the garden. The only concern I had was the tube feels like it is made of glass so do ensure that it is secured well when you hang it as I think if it got blown or knocked down that would be the end of it.I think (apart from the glass) it's reasonably well made - the hanging part is a bit tricky to angle if you're trying to hang it directly - so better to use something else to hold it more securely.I'm certainly happy with it but wouldn't have been happy to pay the £12.49 price (at the time of review) as without a bit of extra care installing it then it would most likely break. When I top it up next time I will use some rope and knot it so I don't have to keep cutting and replacing the zippy tie.Other than that - it does it's job - but certainly not as well as others I have - mainly because of the hanger part and the price for something that doesn't seem to have been thought through and tested more in real life scenarios. Thank you though and I will keep it where it is and it certainly keeps our birds happy :)

Holds a Good amount of food
The media could not be loaded. Once secured with some extras on the lid this works fine, I think it’s a good value price for a feeder, but what I needed to do was further secure the lid on more, with some cable ties to keep it on as it doesn’t lock into place, the colours nice and neutral and you have good perched for the birds to stand on, I like that the lid is made of metal,

Design flaw on the hanger. Works great when fixed.
The media could not be loaded. This could be a good bird feeder. It has a clear plastic tube to keep the nuts or seeds dry and 2 perches for birds to sit at.As my video shows, however, the hanger has a clear design flaw. The metal ends are 90 degrees at the ends and simply don't stay in place. Even just flipping the lid over causes it to all fall apart. Likewise, it'll happen whilst hanging on a branch when the wind hits it or a bird tips it too much.My video explains how to fix the issue. A minute with a pair of pliers and it's all good. Sadly, however, I can only give 3 stars for the hanger as it is, due to the issue needing to be fixed.Once fixed, this has a good nut holding capacity. I've hung it up and have already seen some birds showing an interest. The plastic design will also hopefully keep the squirrels away.

Good quality Bird Feeder Overall - Hanger needs work
So I saw people having problems with this in the reviews. On initial opening, I was confused around the negativity to be honest. The feeder itself seems to be really good quality overall. The point where I have a problem, is the way the hanger is designed. There's a little pole that sticks through the feeder with a hole on each end. The "Hanger" or thin metal rod has 90 degrees bent ends which slot through those holes. The biggest problem with this is that they aren't curve up enough to be able to hold the pole securely. It's very awkward to get it back on, and I can imagine even a slight breeze will be enough to un-hook it and cause it to crash to the ground resulting in broken product. If this issue was addressed, I'm going to use pliers to bend it round a little, then I'd consider giving 4 stars but for now it's just 3/5

Small Bird Feeder for Our Small Wild Birds
I ordered this because my dog was eating the worms/insect suet out of the birdseed mix when I was tossing it on the ground. He would watch me throw it out, and then go routing around the grass to find all the pellets. This bird feeder is smaller than expected. The lid/top doesn’t sit too well on the top, and the metal bar that it hangs by easily slips out of the brackets that hold it. So when I hang it up, I have to wiggle it around quite a bit to make sure it hangs securely and won’t fall if a bigger bird sits on one of the foot posts near the feeding holes. This feeder works well enough, and I hung it close to the tree where most of the birds hang out. The birds seem to like it. My dog…he’s not too happy though 😅. But the birds are happy, so I am happy. I love watching them fly around.

Looks good....
badly designed, looks great, but only got to pick it up wrong and the handle falls off and then everything crashing out.... needs little support clips for the handle thro the liud, and support bar.... squirrel has already had it off :(
