Ring offer good value for money CCTV cameras. Easy to set up. Ones I purchased five years ago are still operating well.

Looks good, sure it will do what I want BUT!
Why would it be packet with a Micro USB, when it needs a USB C? Very strange, think it's been repacked and not a new item.

Faulty camera dose not go into setup mode ??
I tried everything with the camera to go into setup mode I event hard reseted it no idea why it’s not working correctly probably faulty from the factory itself. I have ordered over 6 cameras of this model and out of 6 of them 1 is faulty tried contacting ring support but that didn’t help either I would to have a refund or get a new one if possible.. thanks you!!!
