Good quality product, It is very easy to configure with WiFi and also control the switch using mobile app and Alexa.

It was very easy to install and configure with WiFi and Alexa. The app is also easy to use with tutorials available. Have been using it for more than 3 years now with absolutely no issues.

The device works great after a week of trying to configure it to connect with the airtel router. Even with 4G turned on, the connection was not happening and the app was not able to connect with the device. Finally I connected an old router (after doing a factory reset) to my existing one and the device paired instantly and everything started working. The product support person said that even 1 router setting can cause this device to not connect. This being the only negative, I am very happy with the device . I use it daily to control the geyser. The timer auto switch-off feature will be very helpful in reducing the consumption.Pros: Excellent product support. Knowledgeable and helpful folks. Product and the mobile app work seamlessly after the router issue was resolved.Cons: The product may have pairing issues with an already configured router with settings such as the firewall which maybe turned on for other reasons. If i did not have a spare router, I would have returned the device.The longevity of the device remains to be seen.

I am using Smarteefi products from 2020. The smart switches are working perfectly for so long (5 years). It hasn't given me any trouble till now. Both direct, mobile and voice control has performed well. Opertes well with alexa. I keep adding more modules and now I have almost covered most of the rooms in my house. Only point of improvement was the plug points which are little tight and difficult to insert and remove the external devices. Hope they have improved that also

Bought 1 switch on trial a year ago, today I have about 15 switches. Found it very convenient to integrate with existing setup with my regular electrician supported by the Video guide & the Smarteefi team.I believe it is an affordable alternative for the home automation without any complications . A year of excellent performance, and reliability is more than my expectations.

I like the scheduling and countdown timer for my geyser. Will buy again for my 2nd geyser for my excess solar production. Though the plastic clip can be improved as tit is very brittle
