Great book for any hypnotherapy

Whoever decided to describe this book as "Big" must have very small hands. The contents are merely okay. All fairly standard and predictable stuff, often a rehash of material found elsewhere. Not a bad purchase, but by no means a great one either. Think 'meh'....
