Geronimo Stilton: 10 Book Collection (Series 1) Paperback – January 1, 2013

The books came in good shape, and they all were there. My niece was so excited, she started reading right away.

My son loves these books! I was a little disappointed that for as expensive as the set was, that it was only the black and white version and not colored. Great books though!

My Granddaughter love it so much, she couldn’t put them down 💕

My 10 year old who is in 4th grade has always been a picky book reader, which is fine. But finding a good book for her to read at home has always been a challenge. She came home one day and said she enjoyed reading this book in class! Her teacher even recommended it to me as a great book to also practice reading on as some books are not recommended due to poor grammar, or not enough sentences etc. 10/10 give this collection a try for your picky little book reader they MIGHT like it. Plus it’s great for boys or girls .

Content is appropriate! Holds 7 year old’s attention even when re reading! His reading level greatly surpasses his age and maturity! He loves “collecting “ and adding to his home library as much as reading the stories!

This set is the cheaper printing.... the words and pictures are not multi colored if that is important to you. The words are still mylti-size/font for emphasis. My son was a little disappointed.... but for the price I still recommend the set.

I loved reading these books to my young son. What I liked most about this series was that some words were illustrated in the shape and color of what they were, for instance, banana, the letters were shaped into a banana and it was colored yellow. I believe that this technique helps small children learn to read and associate a word with an item. I just wish they had done it more through each book. So as testimony my son was AP everything going through school. Hail Geronimo Stilton!

I ordered this for a 7 year old. He told me he had borrowed one of these books from the library and would like to have his own set. He is in the middle of reading them and hasn't slowed down. I will have to order the next set for him pretty soon. Happily I will do it.
