item has signs of use - no seal and no screen plastic cover (like a screen protector)
I received the item two days after the order placed. But I am disappointed that I received an UNSEALED item and there is a sign of use. The bad thing here, I requested for item replacement but were advised for refund (only) - which take two weeks! this is a very disturbing and disappointing! -I made the wrong move. I purchased something that gave me a headache.

Venga de tener un Redmi Note 8 por lo que el cambio al 12 fue natural; es un excelente teléfono para todo tipo de uso, /trabajo, juegos, streaming, etc.) impresionante su sistema de carga rápida que de 0 a 100% lo hace en menos de una hora. la mejor relación calidad/precio.

Buen teléfono, sólo que otros Xiaomi que tuve al inicio les duraba hasta dos días y medio la pila con uso normal y a este solo 1 día, eso sí, en 20 min ya está cargado al 100% me llegó con Cargador con entrada normal, no la Europea.

El Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G es un terminal con un diseño bonito, cómodo y resistente. Sin embargo, no se puede obviar, la facilidad que tiene su parte trasera para ensuciarse. por lo demás posees un Smartphone agradable al tacto, sus laterales un poco planos pero con buen estilo, que da la sensación de dureza y firmeza, puede recomendarse su uso diario sin que tengas que preocuparte por la bateria ya que durará bastante.

Brilliant specs for the price
An update on my Xiaomi pocofone whose main problem was with its charging port. This is a great replacement phone and looks great too. The specs are outstanding for the price and easily comparable to other main manufacturers/suppliers.
