1. After few weeks, voice quality keep degrading, Now voice is so sharp even on 3 sound modes. 2. This product is not for calling at all, you need to keep your hand on mouth to populate sound to earbuds. 3. Battery life degraded now after few weeks. 4. Most interesting part, the dual bluetooth mode keep you frustrating you. If it was paired earlier with some other device and they open the bluetooth it auto connected to their phone. And yours phone bluetooth disconnected.. Not recommended to buy. Sound quality is same if you purchase 1800Rupees bluetooth or 5000 bluetooth from Jlab they just upgraded the box not the earbud..
