Bemis Chicago Toilet Seat - Soft Cream

Matched our bathroom suite perfectly. Very easy to fit and is a good quality

This is a first for me to write a review so here goes!This toilet seat fits fantastci real easy to fit even for me does not move at all match the toilet and cloakrom basin perfectly.It has been quite difficult to find a soft cream toilet as everything seems to be white or silly patterned, but this is brilliant and fantastic price the product is of very good quality anf quite heavy was expecting a nasty plastic seat but not it's of sturdy make and looks great.

Great toilet seat the screws that fit it to the toilet fit it brilliant they snap off & are very secure . The only thing is when u clean it u can only use very mild soapy water as anything else stains it & takes the colour off the seat

Firstly, the image of this toilet seat is not an accurate depiction. I am giving the toilet seat 5 stars, not the listing! The seat is far lighter in colour - "soft cream" is exactly how I would describe it (the image shown appears much darker, more like taupe). So if you are after soft cream, then please don"t let the picture put you off. It matches our Bemis soft cream toilet perfectly! I love this seat because it fits snugly - no sideways movement, which has always been a problem with our other toilet seats! Mostly though, I love the plastic hinge covers! So much easier to clean and no corrosion (when you have a young boy in the house, this is a massive bonus!)

I was searching Amazon for a cream replacement toilet seat, and not sure which one to choose. When looking at this one, up came a notice from Amazon to say I purchased this particular model a number of years ago! Perfect, this was exactly what I was looking for. It is the right colour, has been stable throughout the years without moving but just needed renewing. Now in place, (easy to fit) and I daresay when I need to replace in another eight years, then I shall be able to pinpoint the right one on Amazon!

Very quick delivery and exactly as advertised. I needed a new toilet seat because my old one was always moving around no matter how I tried to secure it, it would be fine for a few days then again needed to be adjusted.The Bemis 500 is a quality product, exactly what I was looking for, perfect colour to blend in with my wall tiles, easy to fit and very secure, hasn't moved at all since initial fitting, Brilliant!!!!

Originally I purchased a more expensive toilet seat, which was defective and needed to be returned. Being much cheaper I was unsure what to expect from this purchase. It arrived very quickly, and was well packed. It was very easy to install and looks brilliant. It looks far better than the other (more costly seat), and matches my current suite perfectly. The fittings are very sturdy and it is very well made. I am delighted with the product and would buy one from this range again in the future.

Arrived Quickly. Perfect colour match for toilet and decent quality. This is the fourth seat I have ordered as after a while the paint wears off the seat back to wood, also stains quite easily and can't scrub clean as takes paint off. Shame it's not plastic. I've kept the old seat and found a spray paint from B&Q that's near the original colour not to worry about so if you're not afraid to try it will save a bit of money in future
