I was very easy to install and it came with all the tools needed.It held the heavy shower head really well and now I can simply standup to shower.Money well spent.

Works nice but doesn’t hold much weight limit. We have an 16” rain shower head and had to improvise in order for it to hold the shower head up. I definitely love the swivel on it but it’s useless to me due to us having to anchor it up to hold our shower head in place. If we let it go it falls completely down against the wall. Before purchasing make sure that your shower heads weight isn’t over 3.5 pounds, as when we purchased we did not see that in the description, we did see it afterwards but that was too late. Overall it’s a nice device and good purchase, a little pricey though. I did find cheaper ones afterwards.

The ability to move in different directions is great. I thought 16" would be long than actual product. Seems a little flimsy when you attach the shower head.

So very glad I got this. The “teeth” at the joints mean that once these are screwed tight, they stay put! And the joints don’t leak!! (Imagine that!) and they even include extra washers (which I am sure I’ll lose before I ever need them, lol).

I recommend this if your looking for that 16 inch, there were 11 inch ones, but found this one, read the reviews, my shower head fits nicely and is not heavy, the packaging is nicely done, and packed well, they give you all the necessary tools, even the seal tape, I checked all the joints no leaks and sturdy, If your looking for a good extension, this does the job. My shower head is 6 inches from corner to corner, the right size for the bath shower area, tried it out and I am going to love my showers even more, no longer have to bend forward, just let the rain fall..I recently bought another, to install at my parents, easy to install,

This is a great product.It works exactly as it should. So easy to install, and gives a great reach, and makes your shower more enjoyable.I love it.

The piping was smaller then expected, but it does look good once installed. No leaks, standard fittings and gives that extra height for the rain effect shower heads.

The size is perfect, the material is sturdy, as soon as you tighten the screws, it gets locked in the position that you have set. I don't have absolutely anything to complain about this product so far.
