Decent but nothing great… even good for that matter
UPDATE****. So my first review for this product was somehow filtered because of sensitivity, lol. How or why I have no idea. I actually gave it 3 stars and I gave it a semi good review but did mention it seemed to be made out of plastic and not very well made. I also mentioned the instructions were outdated, as they changed the model but kept the same instructions. Why is this important you ask? Because the instructions give you a detailed way toRemove the filter and how to change the filter. Except the filter now on this model is built into the item and not removable. I thought that was important because initially it’s not understood and it made me believe I was missing parts. I spent 25 minutes to then realize the part they are speaking about was in fact built in and attached to the item. This is my update. 1 month after buying this it just completely stopped turning off. No buttons worked and as long as it was plugged in it was staying on. I could not for the life of me hit the button to turn it off. The panel where the buttons are feels completely flat and you get no response when pushing the buttons. There’s no feedback after pushing it. It feels like you’re pushing the side panel or just pushing plastic. So when the buttons stopped working I had to unplug it to turn it off. Now amazon did send one out to me immediately, within 2 days it was at my house, now I just have to return the broken one.Initially I told myself maybe I got a defective one. However when I received the new one it’s exactly the same. No response to the buttons. It tells me the same thing is going to happen… perhaps as IDon’t know for sure. I will say… if I even sense a feeling this is starting to act up I am returning it agai. Inside the warranty window and just going with a different brand.I want to like this product and want to recommend it… it does do a great job when it’s running. It’s quite, I like it cosmetically and it’s not huge or overwhelming. I will say the screen is outdated and there isn’t many options on this thing. However I would probably suggest anyone to keep looking. For the price I paid for this I would imagine there’s a better, well constructed humidifier out there… or at the very least a better one for just a couple extra more dollars. I would rather spend the extra money and get a better product than a cheap on that will break down the line. My suggestion is to think about this one and if you have others you might like you may want to go with that one. Or if you really like this one perhaps try it. Just be warned the button situation is very subject and it doesn’t feel well made.Update on the Update*** okay I’m returning this. The second one is having the same exact problem. This is obviously a MAJOR manufacturing issue. The buttons are so unresponsive that you cannot tell what you’re pushing. For example I am heading to bed so I just tried to turn it on/hit the power button. I tried 9 times to push the button. I had to take my left hand and put it behind the machine and push as hard as I could and it finally turned on.Absolutely awful product… save your money I’mTelling you it’s not worth it. Look for something else. I’m returning the second one.

I'm Happy
Bought this for my 3'x3'x6' grow tent. My humidity was around 20 or lower without it in my conditions with a 4" duct fan constantly running on low. On level 1-2 depending on the day this humidifier keeps the tent at 45%RH consistently with the 4" fan running on low. So that's perfect for me and I couldn't be happier. For the humidifier itself it's makes no noise other then when you're pressing the buttons or the low alarm. I haven't let the alarm go off yet but i think the manual said there's an alarm when low then auto shut-off 3 minutes after that if not refilled. Anyway there is a little water slosh noise every now and again but you'd only notice it in a very quite setting. After removing a peice of protective Styrofoam from under the water tank replacing the water tank filling with 1 liter for a test and plugging in. I was very surprised when the mist/fog starting billowing out immediately I was expecting atleast a minute or two before it started going. The mist/fog is cold it feels very nice. I wouldn't suggest breathing it in directly.. haha. Filled to max running on low this will run for 48 hours like I mentioned before I haven't let it run all the way out yet so it could probably go for 50 or so maybe. Don't hold me to it I'd say 24 to 30 maybe on high. Top fill is very nice but go slow or it will splash up out of the bowl top. The nozzle sprays mist in two directions opposite of each other and they spin 360° that's it though. The opening is slightly smaller in one position for both but not by much at all. I think it might just be the clips that hold the nozzle top on to the neck. The power cable seems a little flimsy but other than that nothing seems to cheap comes with a extra cotton replacement filter and a little stiff brush I assume is for cleaning the machine so that's a nice. Box it came in was nice quality. Very satisfied!

Experiences and thoughts
This unit does what it advertises it does and does it quietly. This six-liter cool air humidifier with an essential oil attachment advertises up to 90 hours of operation before performing a shut-down.Starting with the top. The reservoir is detachable for easy cleaning and holds 6 liters of water. There is a window to watch the progression, but it does not have back lighting like others. The top is removable for easy filling and the head has two outlets that swivel for mist direction. Irregardless on which humidifier is purchased, water will have to hauled from the tap to the unit. The base is solid with a no slip footing. In back of the base is an essential oil dispenser. The inside has a filter that is recommended to be changed every three months. The customer is given two. The front has a display which does emit a bright light when operating. The display itself shows relative humidity in percentage as well as interior room temperature. There are four control buttons. Power, mist intensity, timer, and light. It was noted that the first running of the unit provided 86 hours of misting at level 1, (lowest). Since then, that time has dropped to 55 hours. The impression with the filters is now that the customer is either tied to the company to purchase replacements or left out in the cold to get some somewhere else. The buttons are extremely difficult to operate. I do have semi-large hands, but I have not encountered problems with other appliances. The mist, at level 1 is passive which makes this operator suspect that the reading is just around the unit and not for the whole room. The thermostat is accurate.I am content with the unit but based on the control buttons and the filter, I would not recommend investing into this product, especially should the user be elderly or have arthritis.
