Great bike!
I received my bike about a week ago. It was packaged extremely well! It took about an hour to unpack and assemble, but I'm fairly handy at doing that kind of stuff. The bike seems to be built very well. It is heavier than your standard bicycle for sure, but it handles and rides great. I am very impressed with the power and torque of the motor. I weigh about 200 pounds and it barely knows I'm on it when it's time for the motor to kick in. The life of the battery has been exceptional. After I charged the battery, I got about 85 miles on it before I decided to charge it again, but I still had 34 percent battery life left. I feel certain I could have gotten over 100 miles on it before it "needed" to be charged. I've had it up to 38 mph in the unlocked mode with me pedaling about as hard as I can to see how fast I could go on a flat surface. My legs probably just couldn't pedal any faster. I did get it up to 41 going downhill, but gravity was helping me out on that one. That is really fast on a bicycle!! Most of my riding is in Pedal Assist Mode 2, and my speed averages 15 to 17 mph at that level with minimal effort on my part. Mode 3 jumps me up to about 23 mph, which is kind of fast for the majority of the riding that I do, but in some areas it's perfect. I'm 5'8" and while throwing my 58 year old leg over it to get on or get off is a little tight, once I'm on the bike it's fine. If you are shorter than 5' 7" you might need to be a little more flexible than I am to be comfortable doing that. I bought the ultimate package that came with all the accessories and they are handy to have. The bag that fits on the luggage rack is perfect to carry your stuff in. I am very pleased with this bike, so much so that I'm looking to buy a 20" model for my wife. I initially didn't want the 4 inch wide tires, but now that I have them I'm glad I do. They add stability and I think they make the ride a little smoother. There are so many different brands of e-bikes out there it's hard to decide which one is right for you. If Freesky has a model that suits your needs, I would certainly recommend them!

Great ebike at a great price!
This ebike is unreal! It’s like what I imagined being in the future would be like when I was a kid! Very powerful motor, super heavy duty! It is a big heavy bike (almost like riding a dirt bike) but still somehow easy to ride and pedal with no assist. I get almost as many looks from gawking people as when I drive my hotrod! People call it nightrider since it’s all black. I put 140mm crank arms on it (it comes with 170mm) so I could actually keep up with the emotor while at top speed, which for me is about 33mph. (It has to be unlocked with a code that I got from freesky tech support otherwise it’s locked at 20mph) I upgraded the shock, seat, and put a shock absorbing seat post on it which made it super comfortable and smooth even on rough terrain at high speeds. I also ordered the bag that amazon recommended (JXFUKAL) it expands to 40L and fits perfectly on the rack! My first ebike got stolen so I bought the biggest lock and chain I could find on amazon. I also put a hidden airtag (hidden under the water bottle cup holder) and an alarm on it! Take precautions ebikes are a highly stolen item nowadays. Great value for the money. I researched ebikes for weeks and this was the one I really wanted, it has all the features I wanted at about half the price of other equivalent ebikes. At max power and speed it probably goes 60 miles. I’ve never tested it all the way to zero percent but that’s my guess based on battery percentage. At a low power assist level I can ride for dozens of miles and the battery barely drains, if I had to guess it would probably go at least 180 miles (probably more) at low power on flat road. If you’re thinking about getting an ebike I don’t think you can do much better for the money!

A Pocket-Friendly, Reliable, and Enjoyable eBike Adventure
I've had my FREESKY Swift Horse Pro for several months now, and it's been a joy to ride every day. It's an exceptional choice for those looking for an affordable, reliable, and enjoyable mode of transportation. This eBike offers a range of features that make it great value for money, including a robust motor, long-lasting battery, comfortable ride, user-friendly display, and competitive pricing. The motor provides ample power to conquer hills and cover long distances, making it perfect for daily commutes, recreational adventures, and exploring new places without worrying about range limitations. Equipped with 4-inch fat tires and a front suspension fork, the Swift Horse Pro ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, even on rough terrain. The tires provide excellent grip and stability, while the suspension fork absorbs shocks and vibrations, making it suitable for extended journeys or tackling rough terrain. The FREESKY eBike's easy-to-use display allows for effortless control of speed and power settings. It also provides essential information such as speed, battery level, and distance traveled, keeping riders informed about their journey and enabling prompt adjustments if needed. Remarkably, the FREESKY eBike stands out as one of the most affordable eBikes on the market. It provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a high-quality electric bike without breaking the bank. Moreover, its price belies its exceptional value, as it offers features commonly found in more expensive models. Lastly, the support team, particularly Ande, stands out for their exceptional service. Ande's professionalism and deep knowledge about the FREESKY eBike are truly impressive. Every time I have a question, he promptly provides insightful and accurate answers, leaving no room for uncertainty.

Turns off by itself while riding it.
I had a problem with the bike, it turned off at times when using it, also it was a little slow the customer service response. So I gave a 3 star rating, because the bike itself was good (other than the battery issue) Now I'm changing my rati.g to 4 star because Carl contacted me from support and was a pleasure to talk to. Very professional and his assistance was really good. I might change the rating later after I receive the new battery.

My first E-bike
My bike arrived in a strong box and inside, the bike frame, wheels and parts were very secure. I cut the box down each side so I didn’t have to lift this 80lb beast. I assembled it by myself. It’s heavy so I removed the battery to make it easier to lift the front forks onto the front wheel. I ran into an issue. When I pushed the front wheel skewer through the wheel, something was blocking it. I decided to ask ChatGPT what it thought. I gave it a picture as well. My boy swore up and down it was a permanent plug and my bike wasn’t supposed to have a skewer type. So I reached out to customer support and was helped by a gentleman I think named Andy he asked me to hold on and he would get in touch with his technician. They got back to me and told me to try to find something to tap that blockage out and so I found something that could go through it and I tapped it and sure enough it came right out I was able to connect the wheel. I told Chat he messed up big time. He agreed. Any how, the point being the customer support is excellent. Not super fast because of time difference, but personal and accurate. The bike ride is good. Powerful and immediate acceleration. Uphill = easy. Gears change pretty flawlessly. Pedal assist is fun. Rear shocks are decent, front are a little firm out of the box. I rode at night and the lights are great! I’ve only put 10 city street miles on it so I can’t speak for more than that for now. Maybe I’ll update later.

Impressed with this bike
Easy to put assemble. I did need to add air to the tires before using. It is large so be aware of that. Super sturdy and comfortable. I have gone on a few rides and the battery has held charge with no problems. I am really happy with this purchase so far.

Very happy with my purchase
The bike performs great so far. I use it primarily as a commuter bike to work which is about a 30-minute ride each way. The 20 mph cruise control is probably what I love the most. I purchased a couple upgrade items. One is the extension to bring the handle bars up a few inches. I'm 6' 1", and it made a good improvement to my ride position. The second upgrade I just ordered. The original rear suspension is really tight, rated for 1000 lbs, and not adjustable. I decided to try a replacement air suspension to see if that will give me a less bouncy ride. Support has been very good. One of the plastic wheel reflectors were broke during shipping and they sent a replacement. And working with them on the upgrades has been a pleasure as well. I highly recommend this bike if you are looking for something that is well made, has good power, and a long battery range.
