Flavor alright, Dissolvability not
This product was new for us.The flavor is alright. Not exceptional but alright.The ability to dissolve in hot water is another matter.If you, unfortunately, follow the directions on the back of the can, you get a gloppy, unmixed, “hot drink” tasting very diluted of chocolate.What we have found that we must do: 1.measure in cocoa mix. 2.Pour one very scant tablespoon of hot water and mix thoroughly into a paste. 3. Let this paste sit for a minute or two. 4. Mix paste again.5. Then, while mixing fast and constantly, slowly and gradually pour the hot water in while mixing very, very fast. If all goes right, you should have only 2-3 dark glops in your drink.As I said, flavor alright but not great enough to go through the above process for each cup of hot cocoa for all of us.

It is sugar free
It lacks a lot of chocolate flaver. I fix this by adding a small amount of sugar free chocolate syrup. It does say the caffeine level is high but I don't think it's excessive.

Great sugar free hot chocolate!
I love the taste, especially in my coffee! My wife loves the taste of the chocolate by its self! It is just a really good hot chocolate, and it is the only hot chocolate that we use!

The flavor is very good!
I like my hot cocoa a little more rich tasting so I add about twice as much as the instructions suggest. It is a delicious drink.
