Straps not baby safe as it digs into my newborn baby’s head. And there uncomfy straps

So our baby isn't due untill January. Just unboxed it to have a look (stupidly didn't beforehand I ordered in october) and it has the most ugly cost way logo across it which isn't in any of the description or photos!!Really not happy. Can't find any button to message anyone to ask why this wasn't shown or stated.The cover with the play balls doesn't stay up properly either.Terrible and not worth the money.

After putting it together I’ve come to realise this isn’t really safe for a baby the legs wobble on the bottom, and there’s this net cover that doesn’t go all the way over which can cause suffocation if not careful

This is my newborn baby girl first rocker gift, i love it. When she was unsettled, I always put her on the rocker, and start the music on, she will start calmly and getting fall sleep. It’s functional rocker with remote controller. I could set timer to make it stop and control it to adjust the level of swing. It’s great with reasonable price. I love it that two models that battery supply or plug in supply.
