it's easily attachable and works great

I use this grinder often to grind up pork and beef. I am very pleased with the operation of this grinder. I find it processes the meat easily and is easy to take apart and clean.

Very nice and very easy to use

I didn’t read the instructions to assemble it as it was easy to install and use. This grinder is a tad smaller than the other KitchenAid grinder I’ve used but works well. I’ve read other reviews saying the knob doesn’t latch to the KitchenAid properly. I found that you need to push it in harder to secure in order for it to fit. Was not a problem for me to fit it and remove it. I hand washed it and soaked it with soap, water, and vinegar to clean it thoroughly. Although it said it can be machine washed, by the look of it, it seems it will not do well in the dishwasher just like the one I had before.

It was a gift for 84 year old grandmother. She loved the quality and it works just as described in description. Very pleased with seller and delivery.

This is not stainless steel, it's a cladding over aluminum, so a bit misleading in the desc. sausage tubes were not deburded from the factory, the push stick is hollow plastic "really" After a dry fit/run test, just didn't sound very appealing. It was an easy desision to return. FYI, I bought an American made solid stainless unit, paid more, and it's a real keeper!

Exactly what we hoped for!

The product has a pun in the back that secures it to the Kitchen-Aide mixer and locks in the attachment. The product worked great the first time I used it and ground about 3 lbs of meat. I polled it out the other day for the second time and the pin snapped off after grinding about 1/2 lb of meat rendering the unit unusable. I contacted the company through the email address on the box (the only contact info I could find) and have not received any reply. Very disappointed.
