They arrived in a sealed plastic pouch with a year + Best Before date.I found them quite large and slightly awkward to swallow even though I don't usually have a problem to swallow medication.The flavour was neutral.I have not had any bad reactions to this product over my 30 day trial.It has an allergy warning as other products are processed with the same equipment. I take Vit C every day (usually the powder) but sometimes I'll take tablets or capsules if I'm on the move. Much prefer capsules to tablets.These came in a small neat pouch that was well sealed and the capsules were normal sized and easy to swallow (if you don't have issues swallowing capsules).It was very refreshing to see you need only 1 a day for the full dosage, as I'm getting fed up with those supplements where you have to take 2-4 capsules in order to get the claimed dose 'per serving'.This is a months supply at a reasonable price and has a good expiry date. It's also a UK company so you know the ingredients are good quality with no contaminants. There is nothing else in there beside ascorbic acid, and a vegetable cellulose capsule so a good buy.

Vitamin C is a good supplement to take as it helps with immunity levels.I like that this is a high dose and only one tablet is required.The capsules are larger than my regular vitamin C supplement which is not so good but they are reasonably easy to swallow.There are only 30 in this packet which is a months supply but the small size makes the price high. If you are going to take any supplement on a regular basis this is not the size of packaging to purchase.The shape of the packet make it easy to store and it is recyclable.

I have got long covid and my immune system has been severely compromised so I have high hopes for these capsules. They are a decent size and easy to swallow. They do not leave an aftertaste. The ingredients are great and you only need to take one a day. The packet is resealable which means much easier to store compared with lots of bottles in the medicine cupboard. £6.99 for a months supply seems about right. Not seeing any real results yet but am hopeful that I will soon.
