Hasegawa 1:72 Scale B-24J Liberator Model Kit

Kits of the Liberator are few and far between as for some reason it is not regarded by current kit manufacturers as being cool so there are no current/modern kits available. The only option is to go for the Hasegawa versions that were produced some time ago but are still the best that are out there, even if this means they are quite rare and not cheap!Quite why Hasegawa don't produce them on a more regular basis is beyond me as there is definitely demand but this company, assuming it is still going, have many kits that are truly excellent but are now only available on the second hand market. Some are now being produced/released by other East European manufacturers, such as the Beaufighter and Macchi 202 so can only presume Hasegawa are now selling off their moulds or licensing them out.After all that this is an excellent kit and quite the best out there by some margin so if you want a B24 Liberator dig deep and pay up as it will be worth it.Kind RegardsColin.

Model is very good as you would expect from Hasegawa. But most amazing of all is how quick it was delivered all the way from Japan. Strange seeing Japanese and English on parcel note and customs declaration. Thank you to all concerned.
