Q: What is this product used for?

Acetyl means it can penetrate the brain barrier and deliver it to the brain. Carnitine is a protein that helps brain cognitive. It is a protein the body can make if it has all eight essential amino acids. I was vegan for a long time and did not spend enough time making sure I had all eight essential amino acids. Carnitine means from meat but the ones in the pills are synthetically made so it can be for vegan. From what I learned is that carnitine pills that aren’t acetyl l-carnitine do not penetrate the brain barrier and feed the brain. And if you are a vegan I recommend take an L lysing along with it. Research it and find out if there is a protein deficient in your diet. A prolong sickness where you don’t hold down food or you don’t get enough food or nourishment you probably have a deficiency in protein and B vitamins. All the vitamins and minerals work together to make things happen. So it’s good not to focus only on one and Google it and learn more about anything you want to take. I wish someone invent an app where you can put all your symptoms in everything you eat and all your supplements in and they’ll just tell you what you’re missing. But I don’t know how to work a computer

I used it for small fiber neuropathy, so am not sure what else they used it for. But you could probably googled it and find out
