Broke on first attempt to use. Avoid.
I knew from reviews that some of these devices didn’t work well. This one broke after picking up first ball. Literally picked one ball up and elastic snapped. Horrible waste of money.

Game changer
I was sceptical about this, but it really works. It even picks up balls from the little gulley around the court. I'm not sure how much bashing about it would take, but I think any damage could be taped back. Definitely worth getting if you have someone willing to ballboy. We tip the collected balls into a bag hanging on the servers end of court, so no one has to bend down. I'm impressed.

Good product
I have used mine. It does work. The elastic band goes at the top of the product NOT at the bottom. The elastic band isn't designed to keep the balls in the tube. I think some of the negative reviews for this product are the result of the reviewer using the product upside down ! There is a clue in the pictures.
