Review: works :) - not as neat as in photo but does the job. the sticker side is surprisingly strong. the magnet strength depends largely on what you attach it to, i guess the type of metal or so, i went around our flat and tested it on various items i thought were metal and it just varied. I used it on itself, one side on window fly net, the other on the window sill, so that i could easily remove the net and stick my hand out the window etc. it works well for that, the magnet attaches to itself strong. for this window fly net purpose I think a narrower magnet tape wouldve done the job, maybe 8mm or so. Review: easy of use - used to make a magnetic filter for a pc case worked as i had hoped it would ,easy to cut, magnetic ability quite strong and suited this purpose perfectly , filters for bottom and top of case both adhered well. combined with some fly screen mesh made perfect filters that did not look out of place on a pc case.

Very useful magnetic tape
I use this for display of paper and card visuals on a metallic whiteboard, and for making card fridge magnets. I find I only need small pieces to hold well, e.g. 12mm squares at the corners of A4 sheets, and half squares for smaller pieces. The stickiness is powerful - don't expect to adjust a piece once it's touched the paper! I cut the tape with ordinary scissors. The pink backing strip can be troublesome, as the little squares get static and are hard to remove from fingers and clothes, but I beat them by fixing a strip of sellotape sticky side up on the table and placing each piece onto it as I peel them off. My only grouse is that if I order three 5m rolls I get sent one 15m roll, which is harder to work with and can't be shared around a team of workers so easily.

Too lazy for information or instruction
For the screen to work you need to buy two parts: “side A” and “side B”. I made a mistake and bought them together and received an envelope with two rolls of magnetised tapes in two separate plastic bags. I found no markings on the tapes or plastic bags and no instructions anywhere! One of the tapes has a fine grove along the centre line of one side. Is that the side A or side B? is it the base tape that sticks to the frame or the cover? I would have thought that they could afford getting a marker and writing A or B on the bags! Furthermore they are using same image that shows the outside of a roll so one cannot tell which is which. The next challenge is the installation! It seems that contrary to ones expectation the mesh is the last thing that goes on, sticking to the outer tape and facing out. Placing the mesh between two magnetised tapes reduces the grabbing power. You would need something like electricians tape to go over the mesh at the edge to cover and protect the sticky tape that is holding the mesh! To summarise: - You should stick the first tape to the window around the opening using the double sided sticky side - Attach the second tape using the magnet side (now the sticky side is facing you) - Remove the cover from double sided tape - Attach the mesh

so they can be connected and easily removed, that way you don't need to drill ...
Just what I needed to use with chicken wire frames, so I can keep the side windows open in the summer without my cats getting out of the windows. As they are house cats I wanted something that would let the air in when it is hot without the cats climbing out, so I came up with the idea of making wooden frames to fit up against the original frame with chicken wire attached, that could be removed later so the windows could be shut, with magnetic tape you can stick one side to the window frame and the other to one side of the wired frames, so they can be connected and easily removed, that way you don't need to drill holes into the plastic frames that end up looking ugly

No idea how this works
I still haven’t used this. I bought it for my metal windows, thinking as it’s magnetic it would work, it didn’t. I contacted the seller with my issues asking how it works, as I’d bought net from another seller and couldn’t put it up!

Far too weak to stay up more then a day
I got this (with the other part so the two would stick together) due to good reviews with inset mesh. It's SUPER SUPER WEAK. came down in less then one day as both the adhesive is weak but also the magnetic layer. (I saw someone mention they use it to keep cats jumping out, no idea how as a small bird can bring the whole thing down the magnets are so weak) Eg even if I superglued the strips to the window frame and netting, the magnet is so weak that the wind blew it out my flat from a high rise! Useless. Defo won't be stopping mosquitos and flies and defo won't stop any of the seagulls flying in the flats! I may as well superglue the net directly to the windows, or use tac/nails. And then just pay the bill of "damage" to the landlord should I move out. Far better then 80 flies 3 birds and 6 moths and 30 mosquitos a week coming in the kitchen window!
