I’ve tried many supplements over the years and never quite sure whether they actually work. I train Jiu Jitsu and anytime I’ve taken a couple of these an hour or so before class, I always perform at my best. Considerable difference in my cardio to the point I sometimes feel like the whole class was a warm up as opposed to a high intensity workout. Could be placebo but either way, these seem to be the best and most effective supplements I’ve ever had. I only take them on days that I’m training.

Started taking these after some research. No imediate affect but two days in I felt like a teenager and after a full day plastering I still had energy in reserves. I take these with NMN and ecdesterone along with colygen. My mind is clearer and I feel good. Good for an alcoholic anyway. Will definitely be buying again.

Been taking these for a month now id say it has been helping I am feeling less tired starting to wake up earlier in the mornings now with less complaints. No taste really it’s a tablet, great quality and does what it describes

When I take these prior to hiking up hills I'm able to breathe much easier than before, can't comment on other supposed benefits but, it's great for what I need. I've tried other brands some of which do the same but, these are the best value for content I have found so far. Although I do take them daily now even when I'm not hiking which I'm not sure is nessasary, could save myself some change by only using during exercise/hiking.

Bought these after a recommendation but I didn’t get on with them. Might not be for everyone.

I’ve been taking these when first waking up in the morning. They give me a sense of alertness and I feel awake shortly after having them. I would compare the it to having a good night sleep and feeling refreshed, which is surprising as I’ve not been sleeping well recently. I was sceptical of the company at first, after reading some of the reviews, but I’m glad I gave them a go. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who gets that groggy feeling in the morning or if it takes you a while to feel properly awake.

I am an evidenced based experimenter. I wouldnt call myself a psychonaut or a body hacker, but I like to play around with different chemicals and supplements I feel might improve my mental and physical well being. I tend to dig pretty heavily into peer reviewed research before I put stuff in my body, generally sticking to GRAS and WADA approved substances. Also, I dont write reviews. I decided to give cordyceps a whirl as I'd previously tried lions mane, which I continue to take, although I hadnt had any in the 24 hours prior to first trying cordyceps. In the literature on Examine, there wasnt much evidence for any significant effects in the performance realm. PubMed didnt offer much either from journals I felt had much merit, outside of some benefits for older populations and cancer patients. Generally there seemed to be some indication of maybe minor energy improvement and some degree of improved homeostasis. Ok cool why not. Ordered, package arrived, took a single capsule with a half glass of OJ, and promptly forgot about it, continuing my day. Half an hour to an hour later, while working at my computer, I'm like uhhhh.... why do I have a body high and euphoria? (not terrible, like 2.5 out of 10 for both) Its now 8 hours later, mood wise this is the best Ive felt in months, although I largely have been doing ok mentally during the pandemic. In the intervening time between taking a single capsule and now, I crushed my 2020 running pace over 7 miles by a full ten seconds per mile. Might have been better but Ive been battling a small blister the past few runs. As another reviewer noted, it seems to have a significant anti-fatigue effect when running, at least for me. Especially in terms of pulmonary feeling, definitely felt less winded and was able to recover from faster pace more quickly. TLDR, this stuff works.

I don't blame Amazon for refusing a Return for this reason, therefore. As I mature in life, I have come to realize that many a people are just outright inclined to protest everything despite scientific evidence to efficacy.
