Wonderful!! Just what I need!
Got this for a friend who is having back and hip issues. She says it works great! She uses it with an ice pack or alone. It gives her relief for a period of time. The patches adhere great! They don't come off until she takes them off. She also had me by Spectra 360 Premium Electrode Gel for ECG, TENS, Monitoring, Pediatrics Soothing Gel Anti-Irritation 8.5 oz Tube the pads come with a gel on them so she didn't need that . She highly recommends this TENS 7000!! UPDATE: After initial period of coverage period with Amazon, this started malfunctioning. The manufacturer was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Replacement was near instantaneous!! New TENS working great!! Highly recommend!!

Great Quality and very effective!
I have had back pain for quite some time! I work in dentistry so I’m constantly working bending to polish teeth! When my muscles get tense. I use this unit to relax my muscles. And Afterwards I feel pain relief on top of that I also use a heat warmer. The stickiness on the pads still feels good! And the unit is great Quality!! I have had mine for 3 years.

I was excited to purchase the TENS 7000 Rechargeable after reading many positive reviews. However, my excitement was short-lived when the unit failed after just one week of use. The unit worked great at first. I used it to relieve pain in my back and neck. The intensity levels were easy to adjust, and the controls were user-friendly. However, after one week, the screen went blank and the unit would no longer turn on. However, I'm concerned that the failure rate for this unit is high. I read many reviews before purchasing, and many people reported that their units failed after a short period of time. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or a manufacturing defect, but it's something that potential buyers should be aware of. Overall, I'm disappointed with the TENS 7000 Rechargeable. It's a nice unit when it works, but the failure rate is too high. I would not recommend this unit to anyone unless they are willing to take the risk of it failing. Excellent product, it met my expectations.
Since I bought it, I've been using it quite frequently and I still love it. The size is perfect and it's easy to store; it works well to this day. It charges quickly and lasts a long time. It's a great value. I love the different pulse options, and what I also like is that you can buy accessories compatible with it for vagus nerve stimulation. This product is incredible. It helps repair nerves and tighten muscles if used correctly. Excellent product, it met my expectations.

Works great, until the blue screen of death! But there's fixes!
Unit works extremely well, when it does work. As numerous other reviews have noted, it does have a particular failure mode-the blue screen of death. BUT.....after reading several of those reviews, I wanted to pass on two fixes that others have identified. Or should I say-temporary fixes, as the blue screen eventually comes back. OR.....just reach out to the customer service number listed in the manual, if you're within the 1 year warranty & they'll take care of you. First-problem description: The unit will all of a sudden show a blank, but lit screen. Pushing the buttons does provide the normal beep. I also found that the TENS stimulation also works, but of course without the screen providing the info on the mode, intensity, etc, its basically useless. So here are the fixes: First one-for those less tech savvy-just leave it turned on until the battery is completely drained. Then charge it back up. Should work fine, until the blue screen issue eventually comes back. Second option-pop open the case, and briefly short the battery terminals. Need to remove the two top screws on the back, then carefully pry the back open starting at the top seam. Turn the unit on so you can confirm when you've properly shorted the two terminals. Use a bent paperclip or something & briefly short the two connections together. Screen should immediately turn off. It should work fine after that. Reassemble & get back to TENS'ing!

Great quality, fast shipping
Roscoe brand TENS unit are always great quality. Lasts a long time on a single charge and it is definitely one of the more powerful units they have even more so than the non rechargeable units. Very small and compact & nice to have the backlit design vs guessing in the dark when using it in the evening in low light.

Disappointed in product not lasting - Customer Service is outstanding
This product is a rechargeable unit which initially worked perfectly then quit. It comes on, screen lights up, but is blank and doesn't work. Charged it but still does not work. It only lasted 5 days after the Amazon 30 day return policy had expired. Would like to request a replacement but unable to speak with anyone. Very disappointed, especially since my therapist recommended this product. Review update - I reached out to the company. They were very prompt in responding and resolving my issue. Had to forward some additional information and they are shipping me a replacement. If rated on customer service a 5, but because the unit didn't last very long, I moved it from a1 to a 3.
