Great if you understand how to buff.
Got this for my new Kia Seltos because the previous owner did not know how to clean their windshield. Works like a charm, I can see perfectly through all of my windows and they've perfectly clean. Took it through a week's worth of rain and snow and I only reapplied at the end for redundancy. This stuff works, and it works well. ...Here's the deal though, unlike the other reviewers on here you have to actually know how to buff a compound. No towels, no ripped up t-shirts, you NEED microfiber auto cloths, buy a pack of 20 from this website for like 5 dollars. Here's what you do to avoid improper application-induced psychosis: 1) Apply a spray for every 6-12 inches depending on your window. ( For me, 4 sprays on the front, 2 per window.) 2) Spend a bit wiping down your window with one side of the microfiber, you should start to see streaks build up like you're waxing your windshield. Give it like a 30-50 count on each part of the glass. 3) Using THE DRY SIDE or ANOTHER MICROFIBER CLOTH, vigorously make small circular motions across your entire window. Your goal is to really break down those streaks until they start to disappear a few seconds after you make a pass. If you're using enough elbow grease this shouldn't take longer than 30 seconds. 4 (optional) ) IF AT ANY POINT your cloth becomes too 'wet', or saturated with cleaner, get a new towel. The wet side is full of cleaner and will stop you from working to a shine because you'll just keep applying more cleaner. Spoiler Alert: This is what the instructions on the bottle tell you. Follow this method and you too will understand basic car maintenance better than several lowly Amazon complainers.

It good.
This stuff worked really well, used it on the windows of my wife's car and it really helps to make water glide right off which helps when we have downpours.

Keeps the water off
Easy to apply. Pleasant cherry smell. Keeps the rain off. Barely need to use windshield wipers.

Streak free? Not!
I really wanted to love this product, but streak-free requires an act of God. I had to purchase a detailing, buffing cloth to eliminate fogging/streaking. Then I have to finish with dry paper towels. It is excellent repelling water, but it's a minimum of 30 minutes to clean glass.

Don’t waste the time or money on this one.
Super disappointed. RainX is normally top notch but not this product. Worst glass product I have ever owned. Leaves a horrible film in the glass. I tried 3 different times thinking it was something I was doing. First attempt washed truck and used this on dry glass with a microfiber rag. Horrible. Waited a week washed truck again while it does make the water beed up the streaks and film not worth it. 2nd attempt thinking it was the micro fiber. Switch to old faithful terry cloth. Same streaky filmy results. Scrubbed for 20 min and half a bottle of good old blue windex to get it off. Made one last attempt with newspaper. Normally the best right. Nope. Same results. Don’t waste your money if you want to see clearly out your windows.

Great addition to your car cleaning kit.
I’ve used this product for the last few years. Have used regular rain-x prior to using this product. Goes on easy, just spray and polish in with a clean, micro fiber cloth. It has been great to use on the windows on my truck topper where I use it both inside and outside.

Okay as a Regular Cleaner - Can't Replace the OG Bottle
This stuff is fine. It does a pretty good job cleaning windows, and does leave a decent hydrophobic coating, but nothing can replace the OG Rain-X in the little bottle you rub on with a cloth. That stuff will always be the best, but this does a pretty nice job as a cleaner for day-to-day use to just help keep the windows extra bead-y. I still prefer Sprayway glass cleaner as my go-to glass cleaner and that stuff can be used on any EVERYTHING. This is nice to throw into the mix to just keep the coating up but like I said, it won't fully replace the Rain-X in the small bottle we all know and love. Maybe after a few applications, this thing will get there. As others have said, it can leave behind a bit of a haze that's tough to buff out. I've noticed it on some windows, and not on others, which is odd, but with a little work, you get there. At that point, the original Rain-X is probably the same amount of work and yields a better result. My assumption is we're all looking to buy this because the application seemed easier, and while that is SOMETIMES the case, it doesn't work quite as well and can at times be the same or equal work to buff out. TL;DR - it's fine. It doesn't compare to the Rain-X Original we all know and love, but does a decent job cleaning windows, can help to maintain and already-applied hydrophobic coating, and I imagine after a number of times using this, you'll get a decent coating with this product alone.
