Nice piece of kit and does what it's supposed to.
It does do what it says it does, which is a relief. I have an Optoma UHD65 running from a PS4 Pro on a 15m HDMI cable with an optical cable from the PS4 to a SONOS sound bar. This is already a surprisingly difficult set up. I had to get a fibre optic HDMI cable for anywhere near a high enough bandwidth to play through anyway. If you're putting your 4K 60hz source near the projector there's no trouble, but once you have the PS4 over by the screen it becomes very difficult.I got an Apple TV 4k to add to the mix. For some reason Apple decided not to put an S/PDIF socket in the back, so i had not choice but to at least find a splitter. I got the VORKE HDMI switch and set everything up with what I thought were two pretty good, high speed cables. To my dismay it didn't work. No source found on the PS4 Pro and the apple TV playing through at 720p. I sent off for two 1m high speed HDMI cables and it worked fine. Apple TV is playing through at 2160/50fps, the PS4 Pro at 2160/60fps.My only complaint would be that the sound is split out to a 3.5mm audio jack. A S/PDIF adaptor is included in the box and sounds seems okay and supports 5.1 as far as I can tell. I'll still give it 5 stars because it's the only UHD 60fps HDR Switch / splitter I can find and it works fairly well. The build quality is also good. It's small and compact with a metal casing and fairly heavy in a good way.

Was very good for about a week
Was very good for about a week . excellent picture and optical sound . Then no picture from any channel , no sound , switching between channels with the remote caused each channel light to come on and stay on but no output at all.It was a shame because first impressions were very good and it was exactly what I was looking for.

HDR (HDR 10) in Windows 10 isn't picked up properly.
Don't get me wrong, this isn't a badly built product, it's just very temperamental when HDR (HDR 10) is on in Windows 10. It takes several minutes plus changing the input source to a different input then back for the display to register. Non-HDR sources are fine though, but I bought this product for HDR. It doesn't always pick up the PS4 in HDR also.

"Auto" feature does not work.
Does most of what it's meant to do. Have my xbox one and sky box hooked up to it in order to provide Dolby Digital 5.1 to my sonos sound bar as my tv only passes through stereo. It does the job well, however the "auto" feature just doesn't work which is frustrating as the auto was what made me choose this product over some cheaper alternatives. It's annoying have to use another remote.

Good solid feeling metal cased switch
Good solid feeling metal cased switch. With it feeling much heavier than the standard plastic construction, it is not dragged around by the weight and flex of the HDMI cables. It works very well, switching both automatically and manually with the remote.Great that it is the latest HDMI 2 spec so works well with 4K 60fps, so perfect for games on a large tv.This feels much better quality than any of the several HDMI switches I have had in the past and even the remote feels better made and works very well, with more settings for different audio configs up to 7.1, ARC and analogue sound.A worthwhile purchase which I am very happy with so far.

Promises Much Delivers Nothing
So disappointed with this product. It simply did not work. Inputs wouldn't switch reliably, it caused the TV screen to flicker, go black and then come back on and produced numerous sound dropouts. It also messed with the ARC connection from the TV (LG OLED 2017 model) to the soundbar (LG SJ9), which stubbornly refused to connect via ARC when the switch was connected to the TV, even when using the TV built in apps or with the switch powered off. The only way to restore the ARC link was to physically remove the HDMI output connection from the switch to the TV.It is such a shame as this is one of the few switches that boasts full 4K compatibility, but compatible it is not.

Good quality, great value for money
Using this with a Sonos 5.1 system switching Humax Freesat , Apple 4k tv and Amazon Fire Tv to a JVC 4k projector . It switches cleanly and provides the required hdcp handshakes, extracting the optical 5.1 audio and delivering it to the playbar. The device is well constructed and designed . Great value for money compared to professional equivalents quoted by high street retailer, also save by dispensing with av amp.
