Received the SKG v7 smart watch, plugged on charging cable for 2 hours, activated, downloadedVeryFit app($35/yr), created and account and purchased two watchfaces. I am only interested in two items on the watch, Heart beat and SP02 (blood oxygen) which I want to observe when I lap-swim and in bed at night. That night, before bedtime, I 'stopped all apps' (routinely – my hearing aid app will run down the phone battery overnight) Perhaps this was a mistake, I don't know. I checked the watch several times when I happened to awake. SPO2 declined, which I expected. Next morning I restarted VeryFit and thought it was working. Swam at the Y for 45 minutes, noticed SPO2 never changed. (Also numbers were not big enough to see thru swim goggles without my bifocals anyway I could read the time, which I didn't want – I wanted Pulse and SPO2 displayed all by themselves and big enough to read with swim goggles – none of Watch Faces SKG offered fit that bill.Later, back home, I found SPO2 never changed from it's 90% reading even when i took watch off my wrist. After an afternoon of struggle I called Amazon Support, couldn't understand what they were saying and decided to send watch back.

I really needed a watch I could swim with. This is exactly what I wanted.Great watch great price!

We bought 2 of these and they are a pain to figure out.

10/23 Update: well, it died. Reset and it still doesn’t work. Feel bad because I recommended to a friend, now hope their’s doesn’t die too.Earlier: guess for the price it’s ok. A little too big & clunky for my 6 1/2 inch wrist. Bought to track steps but not as easy to see them as it was on Fitbit.Update: it’s months later & I got used to the size. But 2 days ago the clock time was off by 8 hours. And they must have done an update before watch face changed and is no longer available. Disappointed.

Difficult to pair, won't stay paired with phone app. Time changes, face mode alters without me changing it, doesn't track consistently. Not a good value.
