Seems to be build sturdy, dropped it couple times and nothing broke off yet.

The overall quality is okay but the door catches let down what would have been a nice present. The door is on the opposite side from the handle and when you pick the rocket up by it the door falls open every time allowing the figure to fall out.

As this is a Christmas present for my great grandson I can't comment on its sturdiness really but I'm told he loves it so can only hope it withstands the test of time.

Really good value for money

What a load of rubbish. My son wanted this for his birthday, after opening his gifts and starting to play with this the base on Ben (included figure) kept falling off so I had to super glue it on otherwise Ben was unable to stand up and kept falling over plus it's also a choking hazard for my 1 year old. The maik door on the rocket ship that reveals the inside keeps falling off it's so flimsily made, there is a torch on the top that's about as bright as shining a torch through a brick wall and hoping to see light through the other side plus the cover for that doesn't latch on so it's constantly flapping about when he was pretending to fly it around, the sound effects are fun for 5 minutes but it's literally does nothing apart from make a take off and landing sound. My son played with this for a few hours and it's been a few weeks now and I have yet to see him go back and play with it 😔 complete was of money in my opinion, you would be better of spending it on something other than this rubbish. It also required 3 AAA batteries which in my ignorance I assumed came with it but no.3/10 waste of money.

My son absolutely loved this. However the rocket sound at the bottom broke only after a few weeks. Because of the button at the bottom it also never stood up on its own

I do not personally think any of the Ben and holly merchandise are made particularly well for the prices they are sold at. That being saidm , this (and the nanny plum limo) is the best one I've found that they sell.It is a fairly reasonable sizes rocket that takes 3 x AAA batteries (not included). It has two buttons inside gameplay four different phrases by the wise old elf, the other button pressed once shines a blue light out of the top of the rocket, pressed twice makes the light flash. It comes with a Ben elf figure wearing a space helmet, there is a rotating 'cuel ' section that I find a litt!e butt pointless but overall my toddler is happy with it, it has a carry handle and she loves carrying it around and at just over two finds it easy enough to open the door and top flap. I recommend this product to B&H fans just wish fhr if toys were better as a whole!
