Best cutter I've used!
Works fantastic! Only used it to cut EMT so far. Knob operation is so smooth that you can spin it all the way open with the flick of the wrist. Very handy feature. Another quality Imperial tool added to my arsenal.

Tubing Cutter
I work in the HVAC industry and had another one of these for 25 years before it wore out. It always worked well and replacement cutting wheels are available at local suppliers I don't expect I will wear this one out before I retire.

Solid and simple to use
Nice tube cutter, I mostly use it for aluminum tubing but I'm sure it does well on copper too. Clean cuts and solid build with a nice chrome finish.

Been Working great for me for 18+ years
Saw a 1 star review for this item, and felt it was not indicative of my experience so decided to post a review. Bought one of these about 18 years ago to cut copper pipe for household plumbing, worked great for that made nice clean cuts with very little need for deburring the pipe after. I know it's not intended for it but I've even used it for galvanized pipe and electrical EMT conduit. Has worked great every time. I'm a DIY so haven't made hundreds of cuts with it, probably about 60-70 but it's always worked great. Only reason I was looking at it online was I wanted to get another made in USA cutter from imperial that will cut 1 1/2 copper. I have the mini close quarter one from Imperial as well and it works very well too.

I found the Model Number: TC1000 more practical and useful .The Hi-Duty Tube Cutter as better design the other with hardened steel reamer with turned cutting edge removes inside burrs cleanly and filing surface removes outside burrs also.The hard material use to build this Hi-Duty Tube Cutter Model Number: TC1000 .I found only one best word for product and Supplier :"AWESOME"
